You’ll be just minutes from local dining, nightlife, shopping, downtown Kansas City, and major highways, making it easy to get around the city and explore all the area has to offer.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and a variety of spices—perfect for quick breakfasts, home-cooked meals, or late-night snacks. For added convenience, the unit features an in-apartment washer and dryer combo with an 18 lb capacity. While more compact than full-size machines, it’s ideal for light to moderate laundry during your stay.

-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.



-Before booking, LOCAL GUESTS are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.
