Large Spacious Home with Pool - Perfect place for Entertaining! Prime Location!

Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings or your own private oasis. If you have more than 10 guests, please let me know so I can offer alternate accommodations. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (typically sooner/later, weather permitting). Pets are welcome, no CATS please! Grab a cool beverage from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around concrete deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king and six queens.
