The Teal Townhouse Near KU Med and Central to Many KC Landmarks/Attractions

Welcome to the Teal Townhouse for a weekend in KC or long term working at one of the cities hospitals. As a townhouse, expect steps! It is centrally located to most KC attractions. It is equipped with queen size beds and Smart TV's in each bedroom to log into your favorite streaming platform. The kitchen is modestly equipped and there is a patio grill for private evenings. One space in the garage for a small vehicle and another in the garage. Pet's will need to be relieved across the private drive in green space and picked up after.

Perfect location with easy access around the area! Only complaint I would have is parking. Private spot but the public driveway/parking area the road is really broken up. Nothing again this amazing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Was just a quick stay overnight after a late baseball game. Check in went smooth and communication with the owner was great too. The house itself smelled like smoke, which I’m very sensitive to, so it may have been a neighbor that smokes that is seeping through the walls, or someone at some point smoked in this house. The blinds in both bedrooms were broken. One room wouldn’t go down and the other room had a blind broken leaving a hole for anyone to look into. Maybe we should have gone to the house sooner but when we got there the upstairs was not cooled and so warm, I couldn’t hardly sleep because the AC couldn’t cool it off very quickly. The house seemed well stocked and if we stayed longer we would have used some more of the amenities, but for the quick stay I didn’t think it was worth the price.

We were in Kansas City for the National Club Volleyball Tournament at the Convention Center. We found this property to be well maintained, very clean, and enjoyable for our stay. It was a short 15 minute drive to get downtown. The host was helpful and responsive when we had questions. It is a townhome so keep in mind that neighbors are close but we had no difficulties and people were friendly. this property was very affordable for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed visiting KC!!!

We came for the Big 12 basketball tournament and from check in process until we left this property was absolutely perfect and in the perfect location! 10 minutes from T-mobile center, right next to 39th street and State Line, nothing we did/or went to was farther than 15 minutes from this location and it was really easy to get to! It was exactly what we were looking for!

One of the best amenities is having access to the garage! Car parked safe and sound and without being exposed to the elements.This townhouse is in a great location, close to the attractions we were visiting.The home is very clean, comfortable and a great price. I visit KC often and will rent from them again!

Well stocked town home, had nice touches like mirrors in each room, plenty of extra towels and a well stocked kitchen which made making meals a breeze. Clear instructions and easy check in process. Would definitely stay again!
