“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room that we had was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good and the lady that was working that morning was very accommodating. I thought the parking was a little tight, but that would not take away from me staying here again. Very nice hotel.”

“We liked that it was pet-friendly and our room was clean. It was extremely hot due to the A/C being turned off. “There was a snafu at check in and I got the keys for the wrong room. The front desk staff caught the error before I reached the room and called me and had the right keys waiting when I came back. Yes, it was an error at check in; but, it was very quickly and professionally handled.”

“I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...
