“Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer.”

“We have stayed here several times. Unfortunately this visit was not as good as previous. There were issues with noisy guests above us. The place had an odor and communication was difficult with a few of the front desk guests. The beds are small and not that comfortable. There is a main control for the AC which they wanted to set at an unusually high temperature; it would also switch down/off at night. I had to complain to get it cooler and have it stay on at night, which they controlled from the...
