“I highly recommend Takadanobaba House for your stay in Tokyo! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably in the house. The location is fantastic for touring Tokyo and visiting Waseda University. The house was impeccably clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for an easy dinner in, on the night that jet lag hit hardest! Our host was very welcoming, and thorough with communication. We were surprised to find that the entry code was changed daily but, he stayed on top of it with clear communication....

“Excellent location, lovely villa, private, new and very clean, comfortable bedding. Onsen is awesome, relax your body after a long day. Parking is convenient once you locate it. Kids enjoyed the loft. Highly recommend for peace/quiet from city hustle.”

“全体的に綺麗な客室でした。 最寄りにバス停もあるので、バスで向かうこともできるようです。 ただ、本数が少ないので多用するのは難しいかも。 徒歩でも割と近くて、タクシーで向かっても800円しか掛からなかったです。 ただ、徒歩だと登り坂なので重い荷物があると大変。 お肉を食べるなら最寄りのスーパーでなく、下今市にある渡辺精肉店がおすすめです。 ブランド牛を扱っているので、かなり美味しいです。 行くなら定休日があるので、事前に調べたほうがいいです。 下今市には、道の駅もあるので、野菜関係はこちらがおすすめです。 施設については、前回体験した鬼怒川ヴィラと異なり、ウェルカムドリンクがなくてガッカリ。 どうやら無かったりあったりするらしい。日光については標準で用意がないのかも。 コーヒーメーカーもなんか調子がおかしかった。 壊れてたのかな？”

“Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.”
