Worst hotel ever

"Place different from the pictures on the web site. 10 min driving in the jungle to reach the place, no signals. Hosted in a TENT, no room shower, no hot water, dirty room, gym dirty with birds excrements. Poor breakfast (additional 25$ per person), no orange juice, no eggs, flying insects on the ..."

Nice apartment with not really friendly reception

"Nice apartment, big and quiet. Well equipped. It is in the dry area of Hawaii- no mosquitos and very sunny But the people at the reception are not very friendly and we had no housekeeping. I would have expected this thinking at the price. The carpet needs some urgent cleaning"
