“I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. “I liked the property itself and the amenities and setup but the extra payments for power seemed a bit random. I paid a bit of money for power but they provided no details, and the manager/caretaker were not that helpful in this regard. The area around the facility was a bit rough and not really residential friendly! Overall, it was convenient and amenities were good but I would reconsider given the negatives I mentioned for a future stay.”

“The hotel is nice. Just some noise from the roof air conditioning that create strange sounds in the room. Room was clean and very big. Breakfast excellent. Unfortunately this hotel is really really far from Mumbai... we didn’t realized it when we make the reservation that Mumbai was so big and especially with such a lot of traffic problem. By cab it's a nightmare (1.5 hours to go to GATAWAY OF INDIA)... but... by train the trip is very interesting. There are trains every 15 minutes that take...
