Pensavo meglio
Personale poco gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo avevamo prenotato una camera con balcone e ne abbiamo avuta una senza perché tutto pieno, dicendoci che il giorno seguente ci avrebbero cambiato stanza. Prima stanza finestra che dava sulle scale chiuse interne e seconda camera balcone che dava vista pali elettrici e cantiere sulla via principale. Molto rumorosa tutta notte. Colazione scarsa. Mare abbastanza vicino ma per arrivarci si passa in una strettoria dove passa la fogna! Insomma a cifre minori si possono trovare moltissimi altri hotel più confortevoli e beli.

Una splendida vacanza in un hotel accogliente
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo prenotato il blue pearl per 10 notti e si è rivelato un ottima scelta, sia per la posizione che per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel molto pulito e accogliente. Rispetto al prezzo irrisorio che abbiamo pagato siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La struttura è abbastanza curata, sicuramente non pretenziosa, alcuni dettagli come la vernice della porta scrostata o un antina rotta di un armadietto in camera non erano il massimo ma passavano in secondo piano rispetto all aspetto accogliente e sopratutto pulito della camera, che veniva regolarmente rifatta tutti i giorni con cambio di tutti gli asciugamani e delle lenzuola sempre pulite e profumate.Ho apprezzato davvero tanto il senso di pulizia che si respirava sia in camera che in hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo per la posizione anche se non direttamente sul mare la spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi in 3 minuti, praticamente attraversando la strada e si è vicini a tutti i ristoranti e negozi.

Upon arrival the price was not as stated on your site. A premium for Christmas had been factored into the total amount due. I refused to pay the premium. I agreed to stay at the stated rate for the first two weeks, then found other accommodations. They should not be billed commission for the last two weeks.

I’ve stayed with this hotel multiple times whenever I visit phuket. Convenient location as there is a food market just beside the hotel. At night, the back alley will have night market with more dining options. Short walk to kata beach.

Ficamos num quarto que não ficava no hotel! Ficava num anexo que não tem elevador ou recepção, ou seja, tivemos que subir vários lances de escadas com as malas e qualquer pessoa passando na rua dava de cara com as escadas pro nosso quarto. Péssimo.

Challenge your pre paid airport taxi fee
The stay was great the only thing I would say is that when booking an airport taxi the hotel took double the price of the taxi meter via a prepaid invoice. I would have happily paid a reasonable commission but I felt this was a little disrespectful of a paying guest. The only thing to sour a really nice hotel in a great location.

Dålig service och oerhört mycket oljud
Bilderna är något förskönade. Vi kom dit ganska tidigt på morgonen och rummet var inte tillgängligt ännu vilket var helt förståeligt med tanken på att klockan var 9.30. Dom hade ett bagagerum som både var obevakat och olåst vilket inte kändes helt tryggt. När vi väl checkar in tar de lång tid innan dom hittar nyckeln till rummet och när vi får sen så får vi ingen information om vart pool ligger, när/var frukost serveras eller knappt vart rummet finns. Rummet i sig ligger ut mot en väg som var tungt trafikerad, de kändes som att sängen stod mitt på vägen. Fönster/balkongdörr begränsade noll ljud så natten blev outhärdlig trots öronproppar. Tyvärr väldigt missnöjd med denna vistelse och skulle inte åka tillbaka.

Great Hotel - Extremely Clean
Stayed for six days whilst travelling in Thailand. Great hotel. Friendly staff and easy check in. Room was immaculate, extremely clean and bed comfortable. We were given water each day. You can use beach towels daily, free of charge. Great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants/bars. The only negative side, it can be a bit noisy on the main road.

Great stay
Great place to stay at, so many things to do in the area, the beaches were great and our favorite was this night market with great seafood right across the street. Laundry machines in the same building and also a restaurant if in the mood for food. Enjoyed our stay just found a slight smell of mold in the room but the lady that cleans the rooms was very helpful with spraying it for us. All in all a great stay with many places around the area to eat, have a drink, or just hit the beach.

An okay place to stay
The hotel is a makeshift combination of several buildings, so accessing my room involved both elevators and stairways. I had a "no breakfast included" plan, and the charge for breakfast was 250 baht, a bit steep I think, compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood.. One of our group had trouble getting his towels and water, which was never resolved. The beach is a 15 to 20 minute walk, not 10 minutes as the literature had claimed. On the other hand, the room was very clean all ten days, and the staff was very friendly. Also the staff was quick to find taxis, and the taxis were honest and dependable.

Non smoking rooms are at separate block, so the block has no smell of somke. Live music for dinner Next to night Market. Just don't expect too much for the swimming pool

Fint lite hotel meget sentralt i kata, kort vei til stranden. Rommet var koselig med myk og god kingsize bed. Vi hadde 11 netter og stortrivdes der. Og kommer gjerne igjen neste gang

Good, but no cigar.
The hotel seems fairly new and is clean and comfortable and has been tastefully decorated. Location is good if you want to walk to local beaches, two about 10 mins away each. If you want to experience Thai culture though this is probably not the place to stay. Surrounding restaurants consist of sub standard, overpriced food. The night market opposite is ok but quickly can be seen. (Head to Phuket old town to get good food.) If your on a budget and can’t afford to hire a car and or don’t have a lisence to drive a motorbike (me!), then this very touristy area of Phuket might prove a struggle. Local taxis have fixed (extortionate) rates and don’t shift on them, can be very frustrating when there are ten taxis sitting there doing nothing for hours on end! Metered taxis very scarce. Staff: I found the staff generally friendly, welcoming and friendly, specific mention to the cleaner who always smiled and said hello. However the manager on reception I found rude and unhelpful. A couple of tones I would go to reception to ask a basic question such as where is the local beach, he looked at me and didn’t reply. At that point a fellow guest gave me directions. Little things like this put a dampener on your stay, none the less If I needed a room in the area again I would consider staying here.

The hotel was very nice, the staff were very friendly and it was right by the beach ! Our only concern was there was lots of construction going on which was noisey at times but other than that it was a great stay!

Decent but there are better places to stay.
We stayed at Kata Blue Pearl for 6 nights. Pros is that the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Kata Beach isn't great, no good beaches on main Phuket Island, Patong, Karon, all are polluted. Recommend staying in Phuket Town where locals eat and shop and its close to the piers that take you to better beaches on other Islands. Hotel has views of the back buildings. No view. What I hated most was how we needed to climb up and down stairs with our luggage because its not a properly built hotel but 2 shops converted to become a hotel. Very few staff that can't understand English and no room service after a certain time because its boutique hotel, no extra towels can be delivered after a certain time. Can't really recommend this hotel apart from the fact its close to restaurants, shops, and market. Its also close to a sewage so the smell is pretty bad around the area. Stay in Phuket Town and go to Racha Island for a good beach with clean water. For authentic Thai food go to One Chun Restaurant. Hope this honest review helps you guys.

Very clean room!
Very clean and nice room( delux). But if you get room from the street side it's very-very loud in the evening. Well working wifi. I would not mentioned the pool, if you would like to swimm in pool, don't go to this hotel. Breakfast was very simple and boring. And stuff at restaurant side not so nice and don't speak english. And they don't care! Anyway, I recommend the hotel bc of the cleaness and well situated.
