Dear Soner,Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your recent stay at the KI.I was sorry to read there were a number of areas that didn’t meet your expectations. We should have picked up that the TV wasn’t working correctly prior to your arrival; this is something our management team have discussed to ensure our room presentation checks are being followed at all times. Our friendly team are always happy to help at the time also if made aware. With our recently renovated pool and surrounds being an area that our guests enjoy relaxing at we appreciate your thoughts on the cleanliness, temperature and music played. While the pool filtration does run continuously, and the pool does get cleaned daily, our maintenance team have been made aware to ensure the pool presentation is always at its best. We will also review the volume of music playing as it is intended to sit in the background, not to disrupt relaxation.We understand our guests have a choice when booking and as such are continuously looking to adapt and improve our offering to provide a quality experience to those staying. When it is booked through expedia the hotel also have to follow the terms and conditions set by expedia.
