“Nice neighborhood, in walking distance to Ayala Mall (I walked 20 minutes). Some coffee shops are around and the hotel itself has a coffee shop as well. The room was clean and in a good condition, equipped with a small safe. Body wash and shampoo are provided and room cleaning is done upon request.
Staffs are nice, friendly and polite, I felt safe and secured all the time that I very much appreciated.

“*sigh* such a lovely establishement brought down by staff lacking service skills bordering to rude. Ah well, still a great room and comfortable bed.
Area around is somewhat empty though, but not an issue aince you easily book a grab wherever. Couldn't bare to stay for another night, so only one night here so maybe the staff were just having a bad day, all of them all at once 😂”

“The hotel was clean and modern.
The staff were very professional and very attentive. They were there to open doors, carry luggage, give directions, and always very helpful.
The room was just the right size for us. It had a nice sized bed, end tables, a TV counter, which could be used as a desk, and a dining table with chairs. There was a small fridge and a heated carafe for coffee. The room with its amenities took any stress from traveling away.
