“The property was great for our dog, but it's a very urban environment and we dealt with it. Room was roomy and super clean. Staff was Extremely Helpful with the very difficult parking situation. There's a city garage a short walk away you would have to use M-F but we got lucky and got a street spot in front of the door on a Sunday night. We were there for a concert and would go back here for the next good show in Gainesville.”

“Extremely clean. The staff are personable + professional. The bed was very comfortable - definitely not firm which was appreciated. The water pressure + temp was perfect. We usually stay at Drury or Hol Inn when we’re in town but decided to try this hotel & glad we did. Much cleaner + more up to date than the other 2 imo. ”

“Good value for the money. I was a bit skeptical at first because the rates are a bit lower than other places in the area but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, convenient area, and the breakfast was comparable to what all the other places serve. I have family in the area so this will be my go-to place whenever I visit Gainesville. ”

“The property is clean inside and around the hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. If you’re headed to UF, it’s 5 minutes away, really convenient. If you’re looking for a good dinner spot - Seoul Pocha is great right next door. So, overall a great experience. ”
