“Comfortable, good location with shuttle to get/from Kawaguchiko, and lovely staff. We had a great view of Mount Fuji, 4 different types of slippers (!), in-room amenities including coffee beans that you could grind yourself, and a lovely tub with a view. ”

All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

They were all very kind, very generous, and lovely people. I would recommend this place to anyone. It was truly the best hotel experience I have ever had. “Due to my tight schedule, I messaged the hotel for the late check in arrangement. It took them quite a long time to respond, but they are very responsive since then. Check in and check out was smooth, and the staff is very friendly.
The room is more spacious than we expected, that two big luggages can be opened without a problem.
Location is great, with the lake just across the road. And convenience store is just at the hotel.
The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have a lift, so...

"La struttura ha un bellissimo affaccio sul lago e splendida vista sul monte Fuji dalle terme interne. Ha il servizio navetta gratuito da/verso la stazione ma è comoda da raggiungere anche a piedi.
