“Not everyone speaks English, but they went out of their way to help where they could. The house was bigger than I thought and was perfect the family getaway. Great staff, great location, and great villa!!”

“The location is incredible! Stunning views of Mount Fuji right from the cabin. The facilities were also amazing. Two Twin beds as well as traditional Japanese futons on tatami mats. There was a nice onsen that would have great views of Fuji, however it was cloudy while we used it. The host was incredibly kind and responds super quick to messages. They even offered us a free shuttle to the train station after our stay. On top of this, they recommended a great traditional Hoto restaurant as well...

“While cabin room is nice and the in-room shabu shabu dinner and in-room breakfast were very good, the whole stage was stolen by the fact the hotel charged me a cancellation fee for a canoe on the lake activity that I decided to cancel due to raining. All they could say is that is the hotel policy to apply an activity cancellation fee if I don’t cancel by 6 AM. They surely showed me some paper that I signed at check in that says so, but they didn’t do their best to make sure I was aware of this...

“L'albergo é collegato piuttosto bene dai servizi di trasporto pubblico, situato in una zona molto tranquilla e comodo per fare dei bei giri in bicicletta dei dintorni del lago. La colazione é semplice ma va bene. Le stanze sono luminose, spaziose e pulite. Il personale é molto cortese. ”

“The staff was incredibly pushy on upselling breakfast and dinner yet didn't share with us the menus so we were asked to purchase them and then when we did and the menu wasn't something my family enjoyed, they couldn't understand why and didn't offer to refund us the cost of our breakfast and dinner. Check in and out took very long and they did not come off helpful. Service needs to improve and they need to be less rigid”
