“I had a check in issue (my problem, not the Super 8) and it was resolved quickly & easily. The lady at the desk was very accomodating.
Also, we had booked two nights as my granddaughter was playing in a soccer tournament. However, due to the high temperatures the tournament was shortened so we didn't need the 2nd night. I asked if we could cancel the 2nd night and the they let us even though we were well past the 11 am checkout time. All we were charged was a $20 late checkout fee which I...

“The hotel was very good; having the Kelsey's restaurant attached was a real bonus. BUT the bathroom was definitely not designed with older or disabled people in mind. The side of the bathtub was high, making a bath and/or shower very difficult; the toilet was VERY low. It would be good to have some "accessible" rooms with walk-in shower and raised toilet on offer.”

“For the most part it was very good. Clean and quiet except maybe for some revellers across the street at the Social Pub. My room was facing the street so it was expected. Parking was included and easy with the King Street parking garage a short walk away. Overall it was great and I would definitely stay there again. ”

“Good hotel room for low cost. Check in persin was very nice, the room was was clean, and the only real issue was the Air Conditioning unit that was very noisy.”
