“The place was spotless and the location was great. Unfortunately, the mattresses for the bunk beds were thin so my daughter didn’t sleep very well. There were a few other small things that could be improved such as replacing the toaster with one that works and fixing the toilet paper holder in the bathroom.But the host was responsive when I messaged that the door entry code didn’t come through.”

“What a wonderful place! As all guests have noted, the cottage is extremely comfortable and beautiful. On cold winter days the wood stove (and plentifully supplied wood) keeps the house cosy, and the vast glass front to the cottage allows one to feel you are sitting in the woods. “Place was very clean and fresh linen and towels were provided. The location is very private. Perfect place to spend time with family. I liked how you can hear the water flow when outside on the deck. The covered porch was another area to hang out, and faces the forest. We made good use of the BBQ. And having camp fires in the evening was relaxing. We drove to Arrowhead provincial park for swimming and went kayaking/swimming at Beaver Lake close by.
