“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

“Stunning hotel! Very large rooms with gorgeous balcony views of the ocean. The infinity pool offers excellent views, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

“Beautiful hotel built into the hill overlooking the water. Pool areas were beautiful. Lots of staff who could not do enough to help. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with balcony looking out to the water. Sunset views were amazing from all over the hotel. Food was great and prices were reasonable. Only downside was not being able to sit on the beach and nowhere to walk to. But for a few nights it was fine to not go anywhere.”

“Albergo delizioso a bordo mare con tre piscine. La colazione abbondante, le camere pulite e spaziose con una doccia indonesiana, quindi a cielo aperto. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie anche al personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Senggigi si trova a 5 minuti di taxi (20'000 IDR) e se vi serve il trasporto per l'aereoporto o per raggiungere il molo, basta chiedere, vi daranno la possibilità di scegliere tra il trasporto privato o un taxi.”
