LICENZA DI ORGANIZZAZIONE TURISTICA GRECA 0458K10000505301 Una lussuosa villa in pietra con piscina, costruita nel XVIII secolo e completamente rinnovata nel 2016 con mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, ma mantenendo anche alcuni pezzi antichi per ricordare la sua origine, situata in una grande terra piena di alberi e fiori .
La villa ha due piani ognuno dei quali è un appartamento separato non collegato dall'interno.
Al piano terra, il cottage tradizionale, ha una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e bagno interno, soggiorno-sala da pranzo, cucina con elettrodomestici moderni e il vecchio forno in pietra e il fornello in piedi nell'angolo per sognare il passato. Nella parte posteriore c'è un altro bagno con doccia e ferro da stiro con asse e ferro da stiro a vapore.
Una vecchia scala in pietra conduce al grande balcone esterno al primo piano, dove è possibile fare colazione al mattino guardando la bella vista intorno o sorseggiare un drink durante la notte guardando milioni di stelle in un cielo limpido. Quando entri in casa, c'è sul lato destro, la camera da letto principale con letto king size che si affaccia dalla finestra all'esterno e sulla collina, mentre dalla finestra del bagno interno la vista sul villaggio e sul mare sta catturando il tuo occhio. Sul lato sinistro del pavimento esistono un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli che condividono un bagno. Tra le camere da letto c'è il soggiorno-sala da pranzo e la cucina dove puoi goderti anche la TV satellitare a schermo piatto da 42 pollici o sdraiata sull'enorme divano o seduta sul divano in pelle Chesterfield.
All'esterno ci sono i cortili di diversi livelli, i giardini, pieni di alberi, fiori, spezie ed erbe e la piscina di dimensioni 4,5 x 7 con area circostante di 150 metri quadrati dove è possibile trascorrere un'intera giornata nuotando e sdraiati nel sole, riposando e leggendo all'ombra del nostro albero Giouka, o cenando sotto il chiosco. Ma la più spettacolare saranno le notti di luna piena quando la luna sorge dalla montagna di Itaca attraverso e la luce della luna brilla nel mare. Tutto ciò lo rende il luogo più spettacolare da vivere giorno e notte per piacere e divertimento e rendere le tue vacanze un sogno.

Soggiorno piacevole in Fiskardo

Ottima sistemazione per due famiglie, villa fornita di ogni comfort con uno spazio esterno con piscina di ottima vivibilità. Perfetta anche la logistica per tutta l'area nord-est e nord-ovest dell'isola. Proprietaria di casa disponibile e premurosa .

Villa Venezia

Die "Villa" war insgesamt in einem schlecht gepflegten Zustand. Die untere Etage roch aufdringlich muffig mit dem Ergebnis, dass alle mitgeführten Textilien anschl. gewaschen werden mussten. Die Duschabtrennung nur noch rudimentär vorhanden. Alle vorhandenen Auflagen (-Liegen, -Stühle usw.) waren nicht nutzbar, da bei Einchecken durchnässt. Im OG sind zwar 3 Schlafzimmer aber nur 2 WC/Duschen - bei drei Paaren ein no go. Die zugehörige Dusche/WC befindet sich im Untergeschoss und lieferte nur kaltes Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küchen sind minderwertig-ein Sammelsurium verschiedener Gläser, Teller usw. Der Hammer aber: In einem Wassernotstandsgebiet die Nutzung des Warmwassers zu beschreiben mit "lange laufen lassen bis es warm wird"!

Return to Fiskardo

This is the first time we have booked an older villa. We are delighted that we did. This family home has a marvellous feel about it. It is surrounded by ancient trees and beautiful flowers and had vines growing alongside the pool which looks over the beautiful Foki Bay, where we swam at dawn every day. The villa radiates peace and tranquility and it was made better by the team that hosted us. Vassiliki and her cousin Labros made the whole stay better. They epitomise the concept of Greek hospitality and care for strangers. We love the place and the people. We intend to go back!

Good location, parts of accommodation damp and unuseable

Property difficult to find and the owners rep difficult to communicate with due to their lack of phone signal. Villa in pleasant location with nice shady garden. Accommodation split over two apartments. The lower apartment very damp, smelly and therefore unusable. Owner has failed to return messages post holiday regarding partial refund for unusable space.

Kefalonian Adventure - A Little Piece of Paradise

This property was everything and more than we had expected. From the villa description, location and proximity to other places we could not fault anything. The house and grounds are of an extremely high standard throughout and the cleanliness was outstanding with the added bonus of the lovely lady who came in during our stay and changed bed linen etc mid week. The welcome basket and essentials left for us by the owner was also a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The owner of the property was also extremely helpful and even helped us to arrange a birthday cake for one of the girls during our stay. Her help with everything was very much appreciated! We would not hesitate to book again and look forward to rebooking and visiting again in the future.

The owner Vassiliki was very helpful as was his cousin Labros . The villa was very nice especially the outside area and was as described inside with 4 good sized bedrooms. We thought it could have been cleaner in one of the bathrooms and under beds etc . We had a delightful week despite terrible weather and especially enjoyed the closeness of Fiskardo.

Beautiful villa with fantastic view and great facilities!

We have rented the house for holidays with my husband, kids (2 kids who are 1 and 3) and 6 other friends. It was perfect and exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. Only 6 minutes from Fiskardo with the car and super close from beaches. You are like in a green oasis in the villa with a beautiful view which makes it hard to leave the place. The villa itself is really well equipped and had everything you need and more. We could also make a BBQ. Finally, the administration is amazing. Vassiliki and her cousin are extremely friendly and very helpful. All in all this is a great place we really recommend!!

A lovely house in a great area

The property was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. As it is an old stone house it was cool inside which was great. The outside area and pool were very comfortable with seating in several different areas. Access to the beach and Fiskardo was easy. The beaches around Fiskardo are beautiful.

I can’t praise it enough. Perfect layout for an extended family. The north part of the island is stunning and the villa perfectly placed to enjoy and explore the area. The owners cousin was on hand whenever we needed anything at all. 110% recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. There was plenty of room for us all, the pool area was fantastic with lots of sun loungers. Vassiliki and her cousin Labros were excellent hosts and attended to everything we needed. I would highly recommend for one or two families for a relaxing break very close to Fiskardo.

Excellent stay. Very helpful service pre arrival and when in the villa. The pool is great, as are the views. If you stay, go to the nearby Alaties beach for sunset swim and dinner.

Really lovely villa

Really lovely villa. Very comfortable with beautiful pool and surround with lovely views of Ithaki. Very well situated to access all parts of the north of the island. Five min drive to Fiskardo, twenty mins to Asos, ten mins to an amazing sunset bar/restaurant/beach (the Acqua Alaties Beach). We would recommend chartering one of Regina’s boats from Fiscardo and pootling over to Ithaki for the morning and then exploring the hidden bays on the eastern side of Kefallonia in the afternoon. The service provided by Vassiliki and her cousin is the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Highly reccomended!!

I have to start by saying how nice the owner Vassiliki and her cousin were. Very welcoming and helpful. We managed to lock ourselves out one day and they came to our assistance very quickly and with no trouble. Now the villa itself - amazing outside area. Loads of places to sit and relax and my little girl especially loved the pool. We are frequent visitors to Fiskardo and I can honestly say I have never had a more comfortable bed! Really lovely setting with a beautiful entrance. Everything you need in a villa. Very charming.

Beautiful villa with beautiful views. A very warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. There was someone next door we could go to if we had any problems. We didn't need to. The pool area was fantastic plenty of furniture and parasols. We were told we could move anything around as we wanted to which was nice. Clean villa good air con. My only advice for improvement would be to fix the shower in the ensuite downstairs as the shower head fixture was loose and hard to keep in place. Secondly a kettle and toaster downstairs would be useful as we had to go upstairs to make a cup of tea in the morning and disturb the rest of the family staying there. In the end we took the toaster and kettle downstairs as we were usually up first in the morning. Apart from that the villa was very well equipped. Hand over when leaving was very easy and accommodated the two parties leaving at different time. We really did have a great time and I would not hesitate to recommend your villa to anyone. Fabulous property in great location

Our family of 4 ( 2 x adults and 2 x children) and another family of 4 whom we were travelling with stayed here a couple of weeks ago. The property is in a great location just a short drive away from Foki Beach and Fiscardo. You could potentially walk to Foki but it would be quite a long (20 x min walk up hill ) to get back to Villa Tsollini. Ideally Id recommend having a hire car to make the most of your stay here in Fiskardo. The villa is beautifully furnished although some areas a little unfinished namely handles falling off bedroom doors!! The upstairs main area is light and airy with a lovely balcony so ideal for a party of 6. My husband and I were in the downstairs area of the villa which is on ground level and an external outside stone steps links the two floors. The downstairs area whilst fully functional and well equipped is a little dark and "stuffy" but the outside area more than makes up for this slight drawback as it is really gorgeous with lots of seating and shaded areas ( you could easily spend a whole day in and around the villa/pool.) Vassiliki is truly charming and could not do enough to help us both before and during our stay. We will return!!!

This accommodation saved the day/holiday

Should have been going to Turkey with Monarch, but airline went bust 12hours prior to departure. Managed to get flights to Kefalonia and this beautiful cottage at 24hours notice. Vassiliki and Nassos could not have been more accommodating and the cottage was ideal for our 3 generation party of 7. Beds were comfortable, and 4 showers and toilets available. Loads of space inside and out, ideal for eating in or out. No local tavernas, but beautiful Fiscardo is only a 5-10 minute drive with plentiful choice. Views are stunning and the area is very peaceful. I cannot recommend this stunning property highly enough.

A lovely place to stay near Fiscardo with very thoughtful owner

We stayed as a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tsollini. It is an old house that has just been done up and while it may be possible to house 8 people using the whole villa we used only the upstairs areas which have a lighter feel to them. All rooms are air-conditioned which was great in July/August. We loved the large outdoor patio/terrace which offers various sitting areas in shade or sun and, of course, the pool. There are great views over to Ithaca. As noted in a previous review the wifi was very good which was important to all of us. Vassiliki, the owner, was very helpful and had provided some food and wine to get us settled in. She was on hand at the beginning and end of our stay to ensure everything was OK and communication via the website/internet was very prompt. For those who do not know the area: You will need a car for the short journeys around. Fiscardo is about 10 min away and there is a selection of beaches within easy reach - from Foki 5 min, Emblisi 15 min to Alaties 20 min. We would definitely recommend a stay at this unique villa.

A beautifully situated and well appointed villa. Fitted out externally and internally superbly.

We were the first proper punters here and the lovely owners could not have been more helpful. Starting with meeting us at the villa at 1 in the morning to ensuring everything was just right including stocking the fridge with essentials and fruit. The comprehensive first aid kit was an additional useful touch. The photos on the website really do not do this place justice. No expense has been spared down to the 12MB broadband connection. We have 3 young boys and this is not currently a priority but anyone travelling with teenagers may take note. Quite how they can manage 12MB over a landline in rural island Greece when BT can only supply 2MB in Wiltshire is one of life's mysteries - but I digress. Comfortable beds, glacial air con, BBQ, pool towels, fully kitted out kitchen and power showers make this the best villa we have stayed in. We have generally used Villa Plus in the past and this is considerably cheaper and better in my opinion. The location is quiet but everything is within easy reach. Foki Beach is just 5 minutes down the road and numerous good restaurants in Fiskardo - try Elli's which is the last one you reach. The pool is lovely with plenty of shaded seats and those for the sun worshippers. The views across to Ithaca are stunning. We really cannot praise this place highly enough. We did not use the downstairs self contained flat but it could be perfect for 2 families or those travelling with parents etc. Do not be put off by the split level nature of the property as each kitchen is well equipped. This is the first online review I have written because the effort and thought put into this villa really merits it.
