“I DO NOT recommend anyone stay at this establishment. When I returned for the day and turned on the lights roaches scattered across the floor. Roaches were even in the bed. I left and they would not give a refund for the nights I paid for.”

“No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...

“Hotel needs to be renovated, rooms were not cleaned properly. Dirt and hair behind the bathroom door. A old headband was at the headboard on the floor. And during the night, the a/c would turn hot. Staff was nice. Parking was good”

“We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the room/beds comfortable. Convenient to shops and the restaurant right next door was a plus. Gorgeous views! Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky. Oh the hot water was pleasantly hot as I love a good hot bath! Highly recommend!”

“Overall very enjoyable stay! Very kind and helpful employees with the front desk, breakfast, and cleaning. We had a king room, which had a good view of the bay on the balcony (pictured, unfortunately weather was cloudy the weekend so didn’t get good sunsets though plenty of potential for beautiful ones on a clear day). “The room was clean at first look. But the air conditioner vent was dirty (I cleaned it) and there were cobwebs above the curtain, but that was it. There was a busted floor tile and they glued it down, there was also a threshold thing that was sticking up that I scraped my foot on (didn't cut me). Pool was very nice, just aged.”
