“Didn’t have hot water, pool was dirty with sonic wrappers cups and paper plates leaves, had to clean the pool myself as a guest in order to swim, manager wasn’t communicating well I booked a late checkout online out was told later that the hotel didn’t do late checkout out until the day u had to check out therefore the manager was rude and was threatening to call the police on me because of a mistake on there end, breakfast was sparse wasn’t a lot of options was only able to eat egg and...

“Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.”

“The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.”

“This hotel is very nice and tucked into part residential and part business depending on whether you get there from Youree or Bert Kouns. It is very conveniently located near great shopping and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and we'll definitely stay again if the need arises.”

“My health hasn't been good.. The night I checked went fair. I was almost been impressed.. NOPE!! I was assigned room number 414.. I was opening the drapes and the liners behind the drapes was a bit too long. My feet stepped on the liner and it was like dry rotted so my foot tore through the liner was wrapped around my ankle cause me to trip... I stopped myself hitting the floor but I did jar my back and muscles.. I told the front deck about it.. The the front deck said okay I'll have maintenance...

“Sitting on the front porch and relaxing was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious. The host said it would be better if Expedia provided him with contact information for the guests, so I am passing that along.”
