“The staff were wonderful and welcoming! The room was clean overall, but the bathroom could really benefit from a vent. The coffee was good; the breakfast left us feeling disappointed due to very few options … the only options were cold, generic, and bland.”

“The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...

The only problem I had was not being able to sleep due to the other customers running through the hallways yelling hitting things and being very loud until about 3 am. I understand some ppl may be there to have fun but they should have enough courtesy to respect others and keep the noise to a minimum.”

“I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). I also noticed some stray hair on the bathroom floor. The bed was not comfortable either. It was rather hard. Although this visit wasn’t at the quality level I have...

“clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

“One elevator and it was shared by cleaning staff and guests, also very slow. Keyed rooms doors did not work well and had to have my keys redone both days of our stay. The staff were kind and helped each time. ”
