“We've stayed at this hotel before and there are things we love and things that lead to a 3 star review. The staff are lovely and the location is great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the pillows were awful. In addition, the $30 "inclusion fee" doesn't include anything. No breakfast, no pool/hot tub, and the "free bikes" are only for 2 hours unless they happen to be checked out as well. Overall, it feels like a junk fee and we probably won't be coming back.”

“Hotel is in a nice area, right next to beach. Nice breakfast and staff. But this property is dated and our room (213) was very dark. Try to get a room facing the water.”

“The room had a weird layout. It was like they took a conference room and made it into a handicapped room. I have mobility issues due to arthritis but had I been in a wheelchair there is no way I could have gotten into the advertised "roll-in" shower. The freeway side is incredibly loud.”

“A beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. Unfortunately, a persistent loud vibrating noise made sleeping difficult. The complimentary breakfast was decent, though the quality of the equipment (notably the toasters) didn't quite match the hotel's overall standard. The location, however, is truly excellent”

“The room was dirty. Staff member working nights named Chris was extremely rude and disrespectful. I booked a “suite” and it’s dirty. Huge stains on couch that resemble some adult activity and big dirty spot on bathroom floor that resemble poop. Carpet floor is dusty as well as bathroom. I even saw skittle candy under couch. I went to front desk showed images and asked for assistance and attempt to change of room and Chris was extremely rude it’s hard to believe. The last thing he said when I...
