“The building is old and in a rundown area of Hartford. They are working on renovations floor by floor. The night I was there they posted that The 4th floor was closed for renovation so what floor did they put me in! The third floor and what time did construction come the next morning? 630 am! I mean seriously! Breakfast was very good and was kept full and hot dishes kept hot. The staff were always visible. “My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”
