Hotel vicino a Xfinity Theatre - Hartford

“We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room.”

“There is some construction going on this property . Even the staff are very unhelpful . I see floor wet.”

“Location is great - actually unexpectedly quiet Parking was plentiful. Check in was good- fast & super easy. Room was really clean except that there was a pretty nasty smell (I think from the carpet. Like maybe the carpet needs to be washed) I love that the windows open (although just a little) but I had to keep them open b/c of the smell”

“A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!”

“Breakfast wasn't good. Old looks and not well maintained. Bathtub water drainage was poor, door wouldn't close properly. ”

“We asked for more towels. We had 3 people in the rook and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. They do not understand English. It should not be that hard to get towels on a 2 night stay The linens are disgusting. They are about 20* years old and no life in them. They need new beds and new linens. Will not stay there again.”

“Beware of roaches”

“We could not get our heat to work and when I asked to check it. They wanted to come in when we were getting up to leave. We checked out that afternoon. Since it was after 11am I was charged for the 2nd night which I understand. Not sure I would stay there next time.”

“There was no breakfast! They advertised a hot buffet and didn’t even have a grab and go. False advertising. The staff were good about getting me extra coffee out of a room at night. The room was clean and as advertised. Just no breakfast. ”

“Sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata molto rumoroso. In inverno se si spegne la temperatura si abbassa rapidamente e dormire con tutto quel rumore (ed aria) e' difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ok.”
