“Location is great. Easy to downtown and also John Ball Zoo. Staff, (shout out for Tina) but all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet but the bed was not comfortable. Starbucks was a short walk.”

“When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. The furniture was dusty and the metal plate that the bedside light fixtures were attached to had crusty finger prints around the light switches. The bathroom...
