“I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile.”

“The staff was all very nice and available to us. The food and drinks in the bar/restaurant were delicious. My one and only "complaint" is that the room didn't seem to cool down very well. All in all, would absolutely stay here again.”

“Everything was great except we didn’t have towels in our room one morning. It 30 mins for them to get them to us. That was disappointing.”

“Beautiful room with a view. Amenities were great and location was fabulous. The issue: The parking lot attendant was very nice as the card reader machine was not functioning well. Housekeeping gets an A+...please tell them. All in all...we loved Dallas and our stay.”

“The room and bedding smell like sweat. The vent were dirty. My husband finger got jammed causing bleeding due to the bathroom rolling door not working properly. Overall, we did not have a pleasant stay for it to be The Western.”
