Hotel vicino a Oak Cliff Cultural Center - Dallas

“This hotel is in a fantastic location! So close to great bars and restaurants. The room was large- we stayed it the Paris suite. However, do a walk through before you settle in for the night. We didn’t have any coffee or creamer and only had one towel in the bathroom. There are additional pillows in the closets but our room was missing additional blankets. Overall a good experience.”

“Place was dirty. Staff made u pay a $50 cash deposit without notice at check in. Mentioned to them I had $42 but they insisted on me paying it all immediately, they let me in my room to drop off my things but then called like 3x in a row asking me for my cash deposit. So I had to walk to the nearest atm and with a fee of $5 withdraw money for their cash deposit. The headboard was covered in finger prints and other things, and there was dust and grin everywhere. Tal ves si sería mejor asignar las habitaciones con vista ala cuidad pues es parcialmente la vista también no me gustó que pusieran cargos extra ala tarjeta en el escritorio de la entrada nadie supo explicar los cargos extra por todo lo demás lo disfruté en Familia”

“Our stay exceeded all expectations. From our initial arrival every single staff member we encountered were polite, friendly, happy & helpful. Our room was gorgeous, amenities were great. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service and it was DELICIOUS! 10/10 will definitely be coming back.”

“Our stay was perfect! We were very tired after a long flight from São Paulo to Dallas, and a kind receptionist allowed us to check in early so we could rest a bit. He also offered us an excellent room at the back of the building (away from the highway noise). Room 142. The staff member was extremely helpful and attentive. “Classico hotel da monta tenuto bene, film per adulti gratis, cura nel look, a 8 km dal centro di Dallas. Nessun ristorante negli immediati dintorni. La titolare disponibilissima e gentilissima.”

“They checked us out, even though staying there 9 days on first day. Getting room serviced was constant battle. They have a curfew. Low cursing guests at 4am in hallway and outside”

“Hotel was under major renovations. Nothing said at the time of booking. Room was not clean, air conditioning was coming off the wall with mold and dust all over. AC would work and then stop. I made the staff aware they did nothing. Ice makers didn't work. Staff seemed to be more involved in their TV watching to take care of the guest”
