“I'm so happy Dallas has a hostel and Bishop Arts is the perfect neighborhood for it. Checking in and out was super easy and straightforward. The entire property is clean and I saw housekeeping doing work every day and at different times to ensure cleanliness for guests. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of restaurants and shops to pop into within a mile.”

“Checked in just before check-in time and it was quick and painless. Parked right in front of my room with no problems, just that the parking lot is small. I liked that my car was close to my room for easy unloading. Parking lot is well lit and there were plenty of cameras on the property. Felt safe and the location isn’t bad. Couldn’t really hear any cars passing. A conveniently located Latino restaurant is very close by and I was able to walk to it. The food there was quite tasty, came out...

“One of the adjoining rooms’ alarm clock was going off from the time we arrived until the next day, in spite of calls to the main desk. Last time kids were playing in another room loudly. ”

“The room carpet smells, and since the bathroom ventilation isn't working, it creates a terrible odor.”

“Staff was great very friendly. I want to shout out to the front desk lady that worked nights on Saturday to Sunday morning. She deserves a tip and very hospitable and approachable. Yaniel was great at the valet always had a smile and welcomed me back with that same smile. Definitely will be back. ”
