“Gorgeous hotel in the quaint Bishop Arts neighborhood of Dallas. Lovely restoration and design details with comfortable bedding and local bath amenities. Free parking in the lot or on the street and about a 10-15 minute walk to the immediate Bishop Arts area with shops and dining. “Our stay was great. The front desk staff could not have been more accommodating and the room was very large and spacious. We felt the area was very safe and it was extremely close to the Dallas World Trade Center, which is what we were attending”

“Where do i start? No toilet paper, no towels or cloths, TV was on an antenna. It would play for 3 seconds, glitch for 3 seconds. Someone had been in this room as there was water splashed on the counter and toilet. There's no soap etc, so if you brave staying here, bring your own. The sheets hadn't been changed. The pillows were literally brown under the cases. Also, they charge you an additional $10 charge when you check in. ”

L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare.
