Tutto perfetto anche se questa cosa dei check-in automatici al tuo arrivo dopo un viaggio di oltre 15 ore non sono il massimo. “I decided to stay at the Joule because being downtown it was close to Baylor Medical center. When I arrived I had valet parking. $67 per night. When I walked in there were drop cloths everywhere because the entire lobby and bar area were under renovation! Did not expect that, and, the dust etc wasn't going to help my health. “Horrible experience. Was told someone broke into my room, the key pad would not open, staff was not accommodating till I literally threatened to call the cops. Not the best area in Dallas either. Would stay at the other others in Dallas when i visit and would never recommend staying here. Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall.”
