“I decided to stay at the Joule because being downtown it was close to Baylor Medical center. When I arrived I had valet parking. $67 per night. When I walked in there were drop cloths everywhere because the entire lobby and bar area were under renovation! Did not expect that, and, the dust etc wasn't going to help my health. “Very good place”

“Horrible experience. Was told someone broke into my room, the key pad would not open, staff was not accommodating till I literally threatened to call the cops. Not the best area in Dallas either. Would stay at the other others in Dallas when i visit and would never recommend staying here. Also the showers drink water and flood the floors. Disgusting hotel overall.”

“Parking fees are too high and there is no other parking available. Great location of hotel, I was able to walk to Reunion tower, John F. Kennedy center, and Moaks BBQ. Rooftop view is amazing at night! There is no free coffee and breakfast is expensive.”

“The only good things about this hotel are the location and that it has Sturbucks next door. Poor housekeeping, which consist of making the bef and changing the towels. For a week they never gave me clean glasses in the room, tha same 2 glasses for 6 days, that i had to wash them myself. The staff is friendly but inefficient. I’ve traveled the world but have never had a request for an uber or a taxi turned down. I asked if they could change money (20 dollars) into small pieces the answer was no....
