Benvenuto nel tuo affascinante monolocale privato proprio in Duval Street! Costruito nel 1919, un tempo si chiamava Central Hotel perché si trova nella posizione più centrale di Duval, al confine con Southard Street, a pochi passi dal secondo piano con vista su Duval e Southard Street.

L'appartamento vanta soffitti di 10 piedi con ventilatori, 2 letti King size più un divano letto in pelle Queen estraibile, un'enorme smart TV Samsung 4k da 55 pollici, cavo HD, cucina completa con pentole, padelle, piatti ecc., Frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, fornello / fornello, grandi finestre che si affacciano su Duval Street, Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e una doccia di lusso per risciacquare il sale del mare.

L'edificio ospitava un tempo la concessionaria Chrysler / Desoto, un negozio di mobili e in seguito un negozio di abbigliamento quando i Beatles arrivarono a fare un acquisto che fece svenire il cassiere sul pavimento. Da allora è stato ristrutturato in una splendida galleria d'arte, due ristoranti, un bar e gli appartamenti recentemente rinnovati al piano superiore. Il maestoso edificio in cemento è estremamente silenzioso, quindi non puoi davvero sentire gran parte di Duval nonostante tu sia proprio su Duval.

L'angolo tra Southard e Duval è proprio al piano di sotto, e da lì puoi raggiungere in quasi uguale distanza la spiaggia del parco statale di Fort Zachary, Mallory Square, la casa di Hemmingway e il punto più meridionale.

Devi essere in grado di portare i tuoi bagagli su due rampe di scale in quanto si trova al secondo piano e non c'è ascensore per l'edificio storico.

Il parcheggio è pubblico sulla strada negli spazi misurati. È necessario fornire il proprio parcheggio. Il modo più economico per parcheggiare è prima scaricare l'auto al Key West Suites Hotel dopo aver pagato il metro, quindi parcheggiare e pagare all'angolo "Park and Ride" di proprietà della città di Grinnell e Caroline Street, quindi semplicemente camminare ovunque. Puoi camminare dal garage all'unità o mantenere il troncone del parcheggio e guidare la loro navetta gratuita.

Beating Key West at its own game.

Great property in a great location. Located pretty much in the middle of Duvaul st. Can walk to either end of the island and partake in everything Key West has to offer. Great coffee 10 yards from the steps. Amazing late night cheese steaks and pizza right around the corner. And a Walgreens half a block away that really came in handy for hangover cures. My group had a rip roarin time and took full advantage of our opportunity to let loose! Highly recommend this property.

Fun flat on Duval

It was a great place to crash on Duval! Pretty spacious and comfy by Key West standards too. Don't need to cruise too far for good food either - Cuban coffee and breakfast downstairs! If Heros has a musician you'll hear it from the room - but they book some good talent so no complaints! :) Very thoughtful communication & prep by the hosts.

Nice Location for walking downtown KW

Great location in the heart of downtown Key West. Very easy to walk Duval and walk to all the attractions in downtown Key West. Unit was clean and large enough for our family of 5. Street parking was easy to find and found a $10/day lot down the street that worked well for us. We didn't have a problem with noise but remember you are in the heart of downtown KW. When packing, remember you will be moving your luggage from the street up a flight of stairs to the unit.

Location location

The apartment itself has a cool layout, was well cleaned and really nice. 5 stars on all that. Owner was cool and nice. Location is the big deal with this condo- for better or worse. Being in the middle of the action, for us, meant getting woken up each night by all the noise at the bar below. This included a screaming match/brawl outside, lots of drunk people yelling, and an entry hallway right beside the door so you hear every word of the people coming in. So it's a double edged sword for sure.

The location is what makes this a standout. Right in the center of Old Town, a block away from free shuttle stops in either direction. You will not need a vehicle if you book here. Cheaper to Uber or Lyft anywhere you can't walk or the shuttle doesn't go. The manager was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating to us. Would absolutely book here again.

Cool comfort

Our family of five visited Key West in August. We enjoyed coming home to this cool, clean, and comfortable apartment at the end of the day. The location is perfect, right in the heart of all the activity but not noisy for sleeping. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a great night sleep to regroup for our next days hot adventures.

Floors were very sticky, bathroom had hair in the shower area along with the sink area, coffee maker had not been cleaned in a long time, only 1 bathroom towel was provided for the 4 of us window blinds were really dusty.

Love the rental all six of us had plenty of room and we loved the shower. Great location right on Duval st. Only reason not 5star was the stairs and we knew that before hand.
