In primo piano in The Key West Citizen Home of the Week. Posizione perfetta e recentemente rinnovato con vernice fresca, nuova cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e piani in granito. Nuovi pavimenti in legno al piano di sotto e pavimenti piastrellati al piano superiore, tutti i nuovi arredi e accessori e cortile privato con solarium con vista su un parco privato. Le 2 camere sono al piano superiore e ognuna ha il proprio bagno privato. Letto matrimoniale nella suite del proprietario e due gemelli nella seconda camera da letto. Entrambe le camere hanno un balcone privato. Il divano del soggiorno diventa una regina. 1/2 bagno al piano inferiore nella zona giorno. WIFI gratuito e tre televisori e stereo. Il cortile esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi, non vorrai entrare. Paesaggistica rigogliosa. A pochi passi dalla piscina riscaldata. Tutti situati nella bellissima comunità privata di Truman Annex. Si prega di controllare anche il nostro altro condominio in questo stesso numero di comunità è 3956691 nella stessa posizione.

Sei situato a 2 isolati da Duval Street e la spiaggia è alla fine della strada. È possibile raggiungere a piedi o in bicicletta qualsiasi cosa nella Città Vecchia di Key West, tra cui Mallory Square, dove prima del famoso tramonto vengono offerti spettacoli notturni "GRATUITI".

La sfilata del Fantasy Fest si svolge di fronte alla proprietà in modo da avere posti in prima fila. Ft. Zachary Taylor è alla fine della strada e ha una spiaggia fantastica, perfetta per lo snorkeling e la pesca.

Tutti i tipi di sport acquatici si trovano nelle vicinanze; snorkeling, pesca, immersioni, paddle boarding, kayak, vela e crociere con cena al tramonto.

La vita notturna inizia a solo un isolato di distanza con The Green Parrot, la prima e l'ultima barra degli Stati Uniti 1. Duval è un altro isolato di distanza ed è qui che troverai ristoranti fantastici, bar con musica dal vivo, shopping e molti luoghi da vedere. Non sai mai quando cenerai con un pirata o una sirena. Our family came down to enjoy Lobster Fest. Everything was perfect- the condo was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Jim and Colleen were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was right! We look forward to returning next summer!!

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Couple celebrating 40th wedding anniversary. Townhouse was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The added bonuses, in my mind, are the washer/dryer, the bicycles, the beach towels & coolers, and that it is conveniently located for walking to all of the sights. Lastly, our host was available for texts or calls and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay at this location again!

2 adults, infant, and 2 grandparents shared the townhouse. Ideal location for little ones as nearby the splashpad and community outdoor pool (heated). Incredible hosts who communicated well above and beyond to help us sort out the logistics. A++ people and house. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to Key West.

Very comfortable home, well appointed with everything needed - kitchen, beach towels and bags, coolers, 2 bikes. Location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be out of the fray, inside Truman Annex with easy access to the public beach. Owner extremely attentive and accessible. Wholeheartedly recommend!

The townhome was great, stocked much better than most we have stayed in. Owner was on top of communication the day before we left just to make sure we had all instructions needed. TH was very clean and comfortable. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. When leaving I left a credit card in the washing machine and owner called me and had the cleaning lady bring to the airport!! Awesome service! You won't be sorry, but very happy to stay here!

Great house, great location to most of the Key West Old Town attractions. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and bars, close to Ft Zach park. The owner was great to work with. Definitely would stay again.

This property is in beautiful Truman Annex and location is everything. It is beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we encountered with the pool being too hot. We will return to this property again.

A beautiful, well-maintained condo, it was an easy walk to Duval St, but far enough to have a quiet atmosphere. Communication with the owner was above and beyond what is expected and there were many extras included…like laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. pool was small and busy, but we got in easily. Parking spot was a little tough to locate initially and we had an issue with cars parking there a couple times, but cleared it up quickly. Condo was clean and pretty. Neighbors were quiet, except a nearby party group who was loud all night most of the week, but I think it was a fluke. The rest of the complex was very calm and serene. We didn’t want to leave! Will hopefully be back again soon!
