Sommario:
Grazioso condominio con ampio portico e posizione fantastica. Ottimo per coppie in un weekend o un piccolo gruppo di amici che cercano di essere nel cuore del centro storico di Key West. Lo spazio fresco e moderno e tutti i comfort rendono Mary's Backyard una scelta eccellente. Non sei mai lontano dall'acqua qui: cammina un paio di isolati a nord e sei al molo, e circa un miglio a sud troverai Southernmost Point e Higgs Beach. Anche la storica Duval Street è a pochi passi da questo condominio!

Lo spazio:
Al Mary's Backyard possono soggiornare fino a quattro persone e un divano letto offre lo spazio extra per dormire. L'intero composto può essere affittato per gruppi più grandi. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice privata rendono facili le pulizie post spiaggia e la cucina completa offre molto spazio per cucinare il pescato fresco da una giornata di pesca.

This property work well for me and my family's needs. The location was great. Very convenient to walk one block over to Duval and see all of the action. Also an easy walk to a few shops and food places on Greene Street. AAU and there is a nice little beach at the end of the street towards the harbor that we visited one day just to dip in and relax. The air conditioning works great. We the apartment had a few basic supplies stocked but expect to bring everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Communication was good throughout the process. The biggest downside is no designated parking. The parking lot next door worked out well for overnight parking but ran anywhere from 30 to 40 per day. I would reccomend staying here

Great stay!

The location was perfect! We did have a rental car and spent a lot of money on parking but there was ample street parking right in front of the property for us and a public parking lot nearby. Communication was easy and the house was stocked with many towels and toiletries! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we loved the property and would stay there again. The location was perfect and the house was very clean. The hosts were quick to respond to any of our questions. My only complaints would be that the bed was not super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was so low you can hardly rinse the shampoo from your hair. Also, the hot water ran out midway through the shower.

Convenient location

Our family of four (2 adults 2 kids under age 10) stayed. It’s a very convenient location. We walked everywhere! The property is very clean and an easy check in/check out process.

Overnight stay in Key West

Condo was very clean. Set up allowed for privacy from the main bedroom to the sofa bed in the living area. Our hosts were very attentive to our questions. Close accessible parking paid lot next door. We all enjoyed our stay.

While it is a great location, it was lacking in amenities and basic supplies which we have experienced in other VRBOs. It had a musty smell when opening front door, no lights in bedroom and could not find breaker box, no kitchen towels, sparse bathroom shampoo and body wash and no bar soap supplies. The shower was lacking water pressure and safety features in the way of no safety bars and slippery bathtub surface. Maps and Key West information in the living room would have been helpful. We were not looking for luxury hotel but improvements would help for future guests. We were happy with location.

Nice place in perfect location

Lucky to get this property on short notice. Perfect for 2 people and the location couldn't be better. We never used our car for the 5 days here. There's no dining table but the island and cocktail tables were fine. Very well maintained and the property managers were very responsive and helpful.

Great property for two. Enjoyed interior space, porch and location. Close to harbor, Duval and all Key West has to offer! Walked everywhere! Host responded quickly to all issues.

Needs improvements

The Mesa House has a convenient location, but it needs a little work. The mattress was very saggy and the amenities were very minimal. There was no salt or pepper or any other spices available. We have stayed at many other Vrbo's and this location had the least amount of amenities.

Location with character!

Great location to all of the fun! Apartment was just as we expected! Loved the front porch! Coffee in the morning and sipping in the evening! This was our first time staying in Key West. We even called to see if we could stay and extra day!! Definitely recommend to others. Parking was right next door too!

Fantastic Stay!

Clean, spacious apartment in a location that can’t be beat. Stocked with plenty of linens and toiletries. Comfortable bed and furnishings. The street can be busy, but the bedroom is in the rear so noise wasn’t a problem (of course traveling with earplugs is always recommended). Easy check-in and responsive, accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
