“No freezer in the fridge, no night light in the bathroom, bedding is either a sheet only or a very heavy comforter, nothing in between, night stand gone and only a teeny tiny shelf with no drawer next to the bed--no room for phone or drink or glasses, anemic shower with most of the water coming out of the faucet and sitting in the tub instead of draining. Very poor lighting.”

“Asked to clean the room the day before and day of to three different people including the general manager. Room wasn’t cleaned. Tease you about Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies but never gave it. Get rid of the oven. Breakfast items run out and they don’t replenish.”
