Questo appartamento di 565 piedi quadrati con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno può ospitare quattro persone e dispone di un balcone privato con splendide viste sulla pendenza. Sei a pochi passi dalla funivia ad alta velocità e fuori dal cuore del River Run Village, quindi sei vicino a negozi, ristoranti e feste.

L'ingresso ha cubbies sopra ganci montati e una panca per la vostra convenienza mentre andate e vieni per tutto il giorno. La zona giorno ha una TV a schermo piatto montata sopra un bellissimo camino a gas e un divano letto queen-size. Ulteriori fogli e coperte sono in un armadio. Appena fuori dalla zona giorno si accede al balcone privato. Ammira le viste sulle piste mentre ti godi una tazza di caffè e osserva gli sciatori sul River Run.

La cucina di dimensioni standard è fornita di tutte le pentole e stoviglie essenziali per preparare un pasto lontano da casa e la sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente cinque persone. Il bagno si trova appena fuori dalla zona giorno e dispone di un lavabo a colonna e combinazione doccia / vasca. Il bagno è fornito di asciugamani e una fornitura iniziale di articoli da toeletta. Great little place

I could stay here for weeks on end. Very quiet, cute, beautiful views from the balcony, very close to Frisco and Dillon. I slept like a baby every night!! I definitely want to come back!

Great Trip

This unit was exactly what we expected. It was clean, comfortable, had a good view of the slopes and was a great location (short walk to gondola and village. The building itself was well maintained and quiet even on New Year's Eve. Was also nice to have indoor parking in the garage. Will definitely be back.

Midweek ski trip

Good location and parking garage. Well equipped, clean condo with plenty of hooks and storage. Construction out the front window started at 7AM. That was our only complaint. Checked skis overnight at gondola for an easy walk to ski each morning. We would definitely stay again!

Reviewer Comments: Good location to walk to village (without skiis), but windows off track, bath tub faucet is loose and sensitive, toilet seat needs to be replaced, 4 controllers-two tvs-no instructions-2 parties could not get one of them to function, undrinkable weak coffee, no ice upon arrival. 2 stars at best and not worth the $210.

Weekend Trip

Overall, we liked the location, as we were able to walk to Keystone Village as needed and it was within a reasonable driving range of the activities we wanted to do. In terms of the unit itself, the dishwasher needs to be replaced, as it is outdated and did not work when we tried to run it before we left. The curtains leading out to the balcony seem to be missing a panel and they were falling off the rods. Finally, the windows in the living area wouldn’t close and the red couch was heavily stained. The bedroom and the bathroom were fine and we appreciated the fan.

Nice cabin feel

I really enjoyed my stay here so much I extended it. They really have a well stocked kitchen and the property management and staff were all a pleasure to speak with. The unfortunate piece is one they have zero control over and that’s the construction outside the unit which I anticipate will be going on for some time (hopefully they take the season off) so no day naps. I only used the hot tub once as it wasn’t as hot as I would prefer it so I can’t recommend the stay for that but also it was just once so I can’t not recommend it for that. I home you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

This stay was exactly what we needed and wanted! Great location to all of Summit County. The property was phenomenal! Underground parking, elevators, easy in and out, next to the mountains, everything was perfect! We'll definitely be back!

The good location is a convenient walk to the village for morning coffee & breakfast at Inxpot. The parking garage is a nice amenity. The pool is in a lovely setting - we ended up not using it, though, as it was densely inhabited by kids - it made us laugh. We remember only wanting to go to the pool, when on vacation, as kids. The bed was very comfortable - which is a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony (maybe keeping some outdoor chair pads, on hand, might make the metal patio chairs a bit more comfy???). The kitchen was equipped well enough to cook most of our own meals. Overall, the condo is cozy & comfortable. One "negative" - the red couch is showing some wear. Part of the issue is the ultra-suede type fabric which tends to show wear easily. There are stains on the fabric - oils from the skin, ie: backs of the legs, feet, arms, etc. tend to leave marks on that type of fabric. It may be perfectly clean but it doesn't look that way. We used bath towels on the places we sat. Perhaps recovering the sofa in a more hearty fabric that might hide some of the wear better??? We have rented from SCMR many times, over the years, & the staff is always very friendly, helpful, responive, & professional. Thank you! Your courtesy is always noticed & appreciated.

I loved my stay here. It had a fantastic view with great amenities. Be careful if you have a large vehicle. The garage is rather short and I was barely able to get my Outback with a Topper into the entry.

The bed was comfortable, it had a well stocked kitchen, and I could watch plenty of stuff on the TV. The WiFi was fast enough. Keystone in mud season (between Summer and Winter) is pretty boring with a lot of places closed until Winter. But it was quiet and that's what I wanted. I enjoyed my experience. Especially the fireplace.The one knock against it is the TV in the living room is mounted too high. My neck would hurt if watching the TV for any length of time.
