Near Slopes, Private Family Home, HotTub, Centrally located to all Ski Resorts

Hello and welcome to our Keystone family home! Where you will enjoy luxury with a touch of "home away from home". You will love the abundance of windows with beautiful views from every room, high vaulted ceilings, spacious areas to make memories together and a large deck with a personal hot tub that looks into the White National Forest. Snowshoe from your back door! Centrally located, we are just a few minutes away from the slopes and town and all nearby ski resorts! Come be our guest and bring the whole family for a mountain vacation!

The Space:

Please note: Parking in the driveway only, no garage parking available.

The First Floor has an open floor plan with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings and beautiful views in every direction.

* Spacious Living Room: Large gas stone fireplace, wet bar, big screen smart tv with cable and streaming services via your personal logins, large leather sectional couch, leather chairs and plenty of room for socializing and relaxing for everyone.
* Large Dining Room: Formal dining area seats 8 people with views out into the backyard.
* Kitchen Table: Seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3 with bar height stools. We have a highchair and booster for little ones. With plenty of room for meals, the tables often host game night with the many board games in the closet.
* Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the necessities (including spices) needed to prepare a gourmet meal for all. High-end stainless-steel appliances, drip coffee maker, crockpot, blender and so much more, including an additional ice maker in the garage. We have also provided you with a starter package of coffee, sugar, creamer and tea.
* Large indoor entrance area from the garage: Large closet, bench and hooks for jackets.
* Full Downstairs Bath: Full bathroom with walk-in shower adjacent to the kitchen and garage.
* Heated\Finished Garage: The garage will be your main entrance into the house as it has a large mud room area to take off your boots and store your ski and snowboard equipment. Also, a ping pong table and a foosball table are available for your entertainment in the heated garage. No available parking in the garage.
* Backyard Deck: Located from the kitchen hosts a 6-person personal hot tub, an on-demand gas grill and outdoor dining for 6 all looking into the White National Forest.

The Second Floor has 3 bedrooms, 3 en suite bathrooms, a bunkroom and washer and dryer. All bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming access via your personal logins.

* Master Bedroom: King bed, personal gas fireplace, very spacious with high vaulted ceilings and many windows with beautiful views. There are plenty of dresser drawers to store your belongings, no closet space is available but we do have an area to hang your clothes.
* Master Bathroom: Very large en suite with walk-in shower, jetted tub and double sinks.
* Twin Bunk Room: Connected to the master, perfect for kids or teens. One bunkbed with two twin beds and lots of toys for the kids to enjoy.
* Bedroom #2: One bunkbed with two queen mattresses that can sleep 4 people, dresser drawers and a closet for your belongings.
* En Suite Bath #2: Full bath with walk-in shower, no tub.
* Bedroom #3: King bed and closet space for your belongings.
* En Suite Bath #3: Full bath with shower and tub combination.
* Washer and Dryer: Located in the hallway closet of the second floor.

Centrally Located with a vast array of dinning, shopping and entertainment nearby in Keystone, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge, our Ski House is a central vacation destination! Along with skiing, Keystone offers ice-skating at Keystone lake, tubing at River Run and x-country skiing and snowshoe rental at the golf course during the winter. Summer and fall are beautiful for hikes, golfing, biking and fishing.

There is additional tubing in Frisco and Breckenridge also offers skiing and indoor ice-skating. For a really unique experience Good Times Adventures offers dogsledding and snowmobiling near Breckenridge.

Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) e Stazione sciistica di Arapahoe Basin sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. This house was perfect for our Keystone holiday getaway. Great location and hose came with everything we needed. Hot tub on the deck overlooking snowy woods, cozy fireplaces, large kitchen. Insulated garage to store our gear. Minutes from town and the slopes. We will be back!

As good as it gets

It’s hard to exceed our expectations and this property did in many ways. - The location and home are stunning. Backed up to a mountain wilderness with hot tub viewing. - The drive to keystone is closer than expected (3-5min and you don’t even get on the highway)Just awesome

Excellent vacation house

This was a wonderful house for our family ski trip! Very comfortable home that has been very well cared for. We were fortunate to have some good snow during our trip and the driveway was plowed and outside walkways shoveled which was greatly appreciated. The view of the mountain from the living room was spectacular. Our children enjoyed being able to play in the snow in the back yard where there's a beautiful wooded area making the home feel very private. Nice location close to the ski resort. Roads well cared for. Great communication from the management team prior to and during the trip. They checked in with us after the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall just a great place to stay. We would definitely book again!

These folks thought of everything!

This is honestly one of the top 2 or 3 vacation rentals that we have had the pleasure of staying in. We have been pretty much all over the western hemisphere staying in rental homes and there is almost always something that could be improved. I can't think of one thing in this one! From the welcome email from the owner to the friendly staff at the management company... from the easy access to our idealic sleigh ride to the full stocked kitchen, baths, garage, hot tub, sleds for the kids, we just felt like we had it all! We will definitely be back year after year!

Spacious Keystone Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Plenty of sleeping, visiting, meal prep and dining space--even room to park 3 cars! Property backs up to a snowy trail, providing pretty views from the back windows. Perfect for an extended family of grandchildren, parents and grandparents. Host was responsive, always reassuring.

Excellent Mountain Getaway

Visited the property with two families over NYE. It was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room to sleep and spread out around the house. The kitchen was well stocked. 5 minute drive to the closest Keystone parking lot. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Would recommend and return.

Outstanding Property

Our stay was excellent, but the weather was not, which made the property even better as we spent more time than expected. It's incredibly spacious, and the heated garage is fantastic to come and go. I wish we could have parked our cars in it with more than two feet of snow falling during our time, but it's off-limits, which is a bummer for the cost of the property.

Cozy Ski House

Absolutely loved our stay at this vacation home in Keystone, Colorado! The location was fantastic, just a short drive away from the slopes. The cozy interior and well-equipped amenities made us feel right at home. We enjoyed stunning mountain views from the windows and the convenience of being close to local attractions. The property management was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Can't wait to return for another ski trip!

Beautiful summer getaway

Host was responsive and informative with great ideas to do near the property. House was well stocked and location was perfect with access to a beautiful hiking trail right behind house. 5 min away was Keystone Resort and Dillon lake with great restaurants and shops. Large deck with grill and hot tub was great after our busy days enjoyed by all along with foosball and ping pong table. We had a great stay at this gorgeous house and will definitely come back to stay here and ski this winter.

Beautiful home

Janet was an amazing a host! Her house is beautiful. Perfect places to stay with your family. The kids can play outside in the snow or in the hot tub. Janet had the house stocked with coffee, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. It’s a quick ride to Keystone. We hope to definitely come back next year!

Beautiful large home. Owner is responsive and helpful.

The owner was extremely helpful and responsive through the entire stay. Home was large with plenty of space for everyone to spread out or spend time together. Home was very clean and had a bathroom attached to each room so plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Added bonus for those traveling with small children there were toys, baby gates, high hair, etc to use. Would definitely stay here again! Home is just a short 2 minute drive over to the mountain base.
