Easy walk to lifts, ski rental, dining, and drinks. Loved the convenience. Underground parking was very close to the elevator to the condo. The master bedroom stayed very warm at night, even with the window open. Easy walk to the hot tub.

Great Spot

Great location!

Very confortable place with well equiped kitchen. It was very close to the gondola right at the vilage. Would stay there again on next trip to Keystone.

Exactly what we needed!

It was very good and cozy. We had a lovely stay: they had some board games, good beds, warm water in the shower and everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the best things was the ski locker and the short walking distance to the gondola. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Fans & blankets were great! Could be improved by having Tupperware or plastic storage & some of the cooking pans were at the end of their life.

Great location and management

The management team is superb in providing all the information needed for a smooth check-in. The property was perfect for our family of 4. The location is perfect and right in the middle of the River Run Village. The garage parking was not assigned, but there were plenty of open spots all the time. We had a great time!

Great first ski days

Being walking distance to lifts or the shuttle to mountain house was great. Place was quiet and the parking garage was heated. The dishwasher was very loud but other than that the place was great

Fun family trip

Our stay was great. The condo was nice and well appointed. Check in was easy, but not a fan of having to go to another building to get keys. Although with so many properties I suppose that’s easiest for the property manager.

Great location Keystone access

This unit worked so well for a quick getaway with my kids! The full sized bunk beds and king bed were comfortable and the unit was spacious. The sectional in the family room provided great seating options! The property overlooks the large parking lot but the price for the unit made that an easy thing to ignore. Very easy access to Keystone restaurants and activities in River Run. Thanks for the great stay!

Location!

Great location and awesome parking. The condo and building are nothing fancy on the inside, but that did not impact our stay. It’s important for guests to know that the windows face the street and parking lot, which means early and loud snow removal. If you’re an early bird and awake by 6am, snow plows won’t be a problem. But, if you like to sleep in while on vacation and its snows, be prepared for an early morning.

Keystone weekend

Great location, comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen stock was ok, but scratched up pots and pans. The stove and dishwasher are very low end, but functional. It could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall served our needs well and the location was a 5 minute walk to the gondola.

The late 4:30pm check in and early 10am check out really made our stay in the condo quite short. The lack of flexiblity in check in/out and demand for more $ did turn us off a bit. Also the lights in this unit flicker terribly and furniture although clean is warn out and in need of a refresh.

The location, at River Run, offered something for my teen son, my 24 year old daughter, and my 71 year old mom. We all all enjoyed walking around and being able to eat and shop right where we were staying. I had no complaints on the room. We stayed with 6 people and had plenty of room, but any more would have been too much Use of facilities a s hot tub every night was a positive. I would definitely recommend anyone stay and enjoy the mountains and all Keystone has to offer.

Overall great unit and location. However, one bedroom was extremely hot, especially at night, and the other was very cold. Temperature settings on the thermostat don't correlate to actual temperature. Could not get gas fireplace to work. Needs more towels for use at hot tub.

The top bunk bed was not made also just note the ladder is a bit slick if you have socks on. No ice and only 2 ice trays and nothing to put the ice in. It would be great if house keeping at least filled the ice trays.The MGMT company did bring 2 more ice trays the next day which helped a lot but didn't have ice for a margarita until after the super bowl was over. The non stick pans need to be replaced and a few more larger stainless steel bowls would be nice. A few more containers for left overs would be appreciated also.

Couldn't ask for a better location

Our entire family enjoyed the condo. Silver Mill is part of River Run Village full of shops and restaurants. We didn't know prior to booking, but while we were there they had the Bluegrass and Beer Festival. We got to try all that the village had to offer. $5 samples. Huge crowd, live music, tons of fun. The condo itself is a bit dated yet very clean. It had everything we needed from pots and pans to an ironing board. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft for me... but the rest of my party had no complaints. Make sure to check out Dillon Farmers Market right next to the lake and Frisco... which is just a short drive away. Oh and Breckenridge is pretty close as well. If I could give any advice about this condo. Take the route through Dillon and NOT up the mountain. We drove in the rain up the mountain which was terrifying. We are from Texas and not use to driving in the mountains. Enjoy!

Clean, Convenient and Good for Family of Four

The condo was a great size for a family of four with the two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. The condo was very clean. There were some maintenance issues that were unattended to when we arrived. They didn’t make our stay less enjoyable, but they should be addressed before the next guest checks in. The location is good and the check-in and check-out process was well communicated. Thank you!

The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the gondola, even in ski boots. The unit is spacious, and could easily sleep up to four kids in the bunk beds. It was pretty clean, though also a little rumpled in places. Ex., the couch cushions were all a little wonky and there was random trash items in some of the cabinets. There was no oil as part of the supplies in the kitchen. Really only salt and pepper. The unit smelled a little strange and the master bedroom was so hot (with the heat turned completely off) that we slept with the window open every night, in February. But all in all, those are all small complaints. We still enjoyed the unit.
