    LAVORO ESTIVO SUL buidling - I lavori inizieranno sul lato ovest dell'edificio e spostare ad est. Si prega di essere consapevoli del fatto che ci saranno ponteggi ed esteso macchine per le costruzioni in loco durante il progetto. Senza ritardi meteo, il programma è quello di finire la ristrutturazione esterna entro l'inizio di luglio. Durante questo periodo saranno aggiornati la piscina e gli ascensori.

    Questa unità può anche essere affittato come un loft 3 camere da letto non festivi, settimane di vacanza e Spring Break. Può anche essere affittato come un loft 3 letto, 2 letto a soppalco e un soppalco 1 letto come una prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto (prezzi last minute - entro 5 giorni dalla data di arrivo).

    Ampio e lussuoso condominio attico nel desiderabile edificio Gateway si trova all'ingresso di River Run Village a Keystone. Questa funzionalità condominio soffitti a volta con finestre a due piani, un ampio soggiorno con camino, una seconda zona soggiorno soppalco con TV a schermo piatto, e 4 camere da letto più capacità letto extra nel loft. L'edificio Gateway ha sul sito internet / Sports Cafe, piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, palestra, negozio, e un servizio completo Aveda day spa in loco (massaggi, trattamenti per il viso, unghie, capelli, etc.). Un sacco di attività giorno e notte per adulti e bambini. A piedi River Run Village, diversi ristoranti e locali notturni con musica dal vivo. Questa unità può ospitare 12 - 16 con 10 letti separati. Costruzione hanno anche riscaldato garage e ascensore per la vostra convenienza.

Nice small 1 bedroom condo. Good location. Nice fireplace. Not well stocked. Had to buy toilet paper & tissue. 4 light bulbs missing. 1 light did not work, so they replaced 3 light bulbs and tools me not to plug in the lamp again because the circuit blew when i plugged it into the wall. Shower head needs replacement. Dryer for the building does not function purposely. 2 large condo buildings had to share 1 small & 1 large hot tub because Arapahoe hot tubs were out of commission. Very close to shopping and in town amenities including ski lifts.

Room was not clean. Elevator was out of service. Door to the deck was tricky to lock and it took us a couple of days to figure it out. The agency did not respond to our request for help figuring out how to lock the door until the next day. Place is dated and slightly dingy.

Mountain House- Arapahoe Lodge

Location, Location, Location! Great access to the lifts and a nice view of the home run which is lighted on nights permitting night skiing. The property was clean and very functional, though it is showing some wear and tear and is getting dated. The kitchen could have been stocked a bit better, but overall a very functional and convenient place to stay for skiers.

Arapahoe lodge

The lodging location was fantastic, but the listing did not specify that the hot tub was permanently out of order. Forcing people to share with another building, there was never availability in the hot tub as there were too many people trying to use shared tubs. The shower curtain was too small for the shower and the shower head was broken.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is located right in the Village and super close to the gondola so it’s very convenient! The bed was super comfy and the condo was comfortable for 3 or 4. I really appreciate the new hair dryer in the bathroom and all the bath towels! It’s on the first level and there’s a ski locker just down the hall. The garage was heated which was nice. Will stay here again.

Comfortable and lots of beds. Kitchen seemed to be missing helpful items

It was a great space for our group with enough beds for everyone and most were very comfortable (I heard the pullout couches were unfortunately very uncomfortable). The kitchen had enough dishes, plates, and cookware. However, the sponge left was moldy and there wasn't a new one; there were only 2 kitchen towels, which got dirty quickly and doing a load of laundry with just 2 towels seems wasteful; and there was only one small cutting board. Having a space for 14 adults but only a tiny cutting board leads people to need to cut on the plates or the counters... which is probably why every knife was extremely dull. If they just add a few things to the kitchen I think it would make the overall experience very pleasant. The location was good, but the parking situation was a hassle. Only having 1 parking spot in the building for a place that sleeps 14 adults made unloading/loading items more difficult.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location but right next to construction site with all the typical construction activity/noise. The unit badly needs updating. For example the large picture over the mantel is coming apart at the corners and about ready to fall apart. The patio door handle had fallen off and was loose on the patiio floor. The couch had duct tape covering worn areas. Overall dingy and just felt dirty. The maintenance guys worked in the unit about 3 hours to move a cabinet so that the new apartment sized refrigerator could be installed. All that said we loved the location and had a good week.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My husband and two children stayed in this wonderful condo unit for a long weekend in June. Check in was simple and the unit was amply stocked with supplies – and was HUGE! The kids loved getting their own rooms on their own floor as well! Each room upstairs is set up with a queen bed and bunk bed so there was more than enough sleeping space for our family and more! We spent the day at River Run at Keystone which had a lot of summer activities for us. It was also a short ride to Dillon Lake and Breckenridge which offered a lot of other daytime activities. Spending time in the lodge with the pool, hot tub, and great view of the mountainside was also relaxing. There is a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and pots and pans. If you're with a group, this is a great entertaining house with built-in table and benches and a beautiful deck. The pool was refreshing, clean, and would have been relaxing if it wasn’t for our kids yelling and having a good time. This is a great summer retreat in an easy to access location with a lot to do. Coming up in the winter to ski is something that’s on our list!

A Real Gem

I stayed in this unit with my husband, 2 children, and my good friend’s family as well during August. It was a perfect vacation! With 5 kids and 4 adults one may not be thinking of a relaxing retreat but this one was! There is a pool for the kids to play in downstairs and lots of walks and destinations like Dillon Lake or River Run at Keystone nearby. Each room upstairs is set up with a queen bed and bunk bed so there was more than enough sleeping space for our families. Having a full kitchen and large dining room table made making dinners and sharing them a real family treat. This is a great unit for a couple families to come together for either summer mountain fun or winter ski season. Enjoy!

Great place--Lots of room

Great space for all to get together or to be private. Big living space on the 1st floor plus smaller living room on 2nd floor which worked well for the kids. And the kids loved the indoor pool. The store in the building was really handy and a good restaurant just a 30 second, sheltered walk from the front door.

Huge, beautiful condo. Great location

amazing value for what you get. We were surprised by how big the rooms are--the bathrooms are huge and there is an ensuite for every bedroom. extremely functional for our families as the 2 upstairs suites have a queen and a set of bunkbeds each. Though the pool isn't posh looking, it was great for the kids and it has an adjoining hot tub--a pool is a must for us on vaca due to the kiddos. fitness room was adequate. Love the little grocery in the building--if they don't carry what you want/need, you can put in a request and they'll get it. Great proximity to river run and kidtopia was really cool. we couldn't get this kind of value right in river run and it's just a short walk from gateway so we were thrilled with our stay here.
