Benvenuti in questa deliziosa casa con 4 camere da letto situata nel centro di Keystone. Con maestose viste sulle montagne e la comodità di ristoranti, navette e un piccolo negozio di alimentari, non vorrai mai andartene.

Questa casa dispone di 4 camere da letto, un soppalco molto spazioso e 4 3/4 bagni. Una cucina recentemente rinnovata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e molti posti a sedere per il gruppo più numeroso. I nuovi aggiornamenti per il 2015 includono il nuovissimo tappeto in tutte le camere da letto, oltre a splendidi pavimenti in piastrelle di ardesia al livello principale e una nuova vasca idromassaggio privata nel patio anteriore! Il patio posteriore si affaccia a sud verso il resort di Keystone e offre una vista su Mountain House e River Run. Il sabato sera non è necessario combattere la folla per guardare i fuochi d'artificio, basta aprire la porta e uscire di lato!
Quando sei pronto a scendere in pista, prendi il rapido bus navetta da 5 minuti, situato a pochi passi da questa casa.
Con abbastanza camera da letto per tutta la famiglia, imbattibili servizi privati e vicinanza alla montagna, non puoi sbagliare quando selezioni 18 Autumn Brook per la tua prossima vacanza!

Cosa tenere presente:
- Nessun accesso a una piscina.
- Viene effettuata una manutenzione settimanale sulla vasca idromassaggio. Durante la permanenza potrebbe venire a contatto con un addetto alla manutenzione della vasca idromassaggio.
- Qui a Keystone, nessuna delle nostre unità è dotata di aria condizionata. Nelle Montagne Rocciose, la temperatura si raffredda intorno alle 8 ogni sera, quindi non c'è bisogno di un AC.
- Il parcheggio può essere limitato. Ci sono due punti nel garage e uno vicino alla casa. Si prega di non parcheggiare veicoli nel vialetto, in quanto ostruisce l'ingresso del garage del vicino.

The view was amazing and we could see the snow caps from the kitchen. Easy access to the market, shopping and recreational areas. This house was perfect for our family. We filled every room and never felt cramped or overcrowded.

Good stay with friends

Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

My immediate family and extended family had a lovely time staying here. It was so close to the ski shuttle to keystone and ski rental store. We had a great weekend filled with joy and laughter. Wonderful property.

Great place, close to the slopes

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

Great spot

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Great visit!

Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

Carpet is gross. Signs requested we remove our shoes, but there is no way we would walk on that carpet without them.Grout in all bathrooms is also gross.Hot tub is almost impossible to access. No matter how we adjusted the thermostats, it was too warm.Downstairs smells moldy.Many of the light fixtures don't work. TV's downstairs didn't work.Kitchen was fine. So was the seating. Views were pretty.We were asked to empty trash which we were happy to do, however, the bags were so small and flimsy it was a real challenge to gather and remove. Please put a couple of good trash bags in the unit.With some minor upkeep this place could be wonderful.We would not rent it again.

Comfortable but not luxury

Clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Perfect for our group of 8. Nice large dining room table. Perfect for meals and playing games. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. More than enough bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very small, not great for a group. We had to take turns.

Nice home with lots of space

Very nice property with three parking spots. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of settings (could use a few more spoons). The team really liked the home and the hot tub. Nice to have extra towels which were well used and laundered several times. Only real downside is the noisy hiway right outside the master bedroom (like to sleep with the window open).

Great for a group

We were in Keystone for a conference with a group of 6. It was perfect in proximity to the conference center. This early in the ski season parking was not an issue (we all came separately) but I can see it possibly being a problem after ski season gets underway. The unit is comfortable and fairly well stocked with cooking, eating and drinking implements.

Needs a big update

This property is older, and worn out. Floors old, tables damaged. Carpets trashed. For the price, it should have been better. And zero kitchen amenities above the absolute minimum provided. No cookie oil, no salt and pepper...nothing. I won't stay here again.

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way

My family and I (husband, 3 daughters and their husband's, and 6 grandkids ages 8 years to 7 months old) decided to spend the holiday in the mountains. The property was perfect for the 14 of us. Enough good sized bedrooms for all the adults with comfortable beds, plus the loft which the older kids loved sleeping in. The location was good ~ close to Keystone village with shops, restaurants and a playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen was a little small for 14 of us, but we managed. Recommend providing more than one dish towel and dish cloth. Definitely recommend this townhome.

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the beauty and comfort of the home. The spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds and linens ensured a restful night's sleep. The location of the rental was also ideal. It was close to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions, making it easy to explore all that Keystone has to offer. I would also like to commend the exceptional customer service I received from your team. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning

property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

4 Bedroom-Worked for 3 families

When I booked this, our group was 14 in number (the listing said it would fit 17...That would have been tight). It is approx a 4-5 min walk to the shuttle route (more info about this would have been nice in the condo) or a 10ish minute walk to the bottom of Mountain House. Ski Rental places are within walking distance from the condo. There aren't enough chairs (esp in the Living Room) to hang out as a large group and the Dining table is cramped to fit 14 around it (even using the benches)-of course, all of our group were adults. The bedroom situation worked since two of the three families going were families of four - they each took a bedroom that had a queen bed plus a bunkbed. The condo actually had enough pots & pans, plates, cups, etc to work for our group. It needed a 9x13 pan and some more serving spoons; other than that it was adequately stocked. Thanks for opening your home!

Disappointing Review: Garage ceiling was leaking and bulging. Entry way was dirty. Deck with grill on was full of snow and it was thawing causing the garage to have a leak. The shower floors were not clean. The rugs in the bathrooms look like they weren't even shaken. They needed to be washed, When we have to pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be clean when we come in. We all adjusted and cleaned as needed to stay there. Again will not recommend or use again! Bed linen appeared dirty we washed some of the linen to make it sleep able. Primary Issue: There were issues with more than one of these
