THINGS TO NOTE:

Home has a smart lock that is equipped with a security camera for the safety of all guest and owner.

Absolutely NO PARTIES but small gatherings of no more than 10 is allowed with owner’s approval.

Quiet time hours are from 11pm to 6am out of respect for the neighbors.

Absolutely NO unauthorized overnight guests allowed that are not previously approved during time of reservation.
Unauthorized guests will be charged at a rate of $60 a person per night.

Any damage to the home and the properties within or any lost items will be charge at a rate of $30-500.


ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME.
Any signs of smoking, there will be a charge of $250

ANIMALS ARE WELCOME! We love animals! Pets are allowed with a $60 deposit fee(exclusive of certified service animals. Please make sure to pick up after your pets and not have them on the furnitures.

Guests are to check out of the home no later than 11am.
