“I would like to take my time to write a review for this hotel. Absolutely horrifying. First of all, I arrived from airport to the address advertised on the website. Then when I arrived, this man who I believed to be the owner communicated through the intercom to confirm my bookings. Please see my photo of the ‘reception’. Absolutely dodgy. “Quy was an extraordinary host for our stay in Hanoi. Vinhomes D’Capital is very well located near restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stories. The pool on the property was perfect for cooling down on extra hot days. We had a larger group and Quy was able to accommodate our every need. He is attentive, quick to respond and super friendly. I would recommend a stay with him anytime!”

“The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though.
