“The room was great! It took awhile to find put where the open restaurants were, on the casino floor. The steak restaurant sounded great but it was never open. The construction outside my window started early in the morning and continued later in the evening. I know this was not the fault of the casino however.”

“The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together.

“Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center.
That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay.
Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement.”
