“The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER...

“Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time.”

“There were empty trash cans in the hallway when I checked in around 4pm. The next morning they were still there. The breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee, waffles, bread, two kinds of cold cereal and orange drink. The person that checked me in had no idea where I might get something to eat other than the mexican food place across the street. She also had no idea where the major roads were in the area.
