“Erything was amazing the only problem was the heat didn't go up when i changed the temperature besides that erything was great”

“Great location. It was a full apartment with a hybrid loft style bedroom. It had a great view of down town and was like a block and half from city center. Room was new and updated- and above shove in a very cool historic building that looked like the common areas had been restored to its original design while also being new looking:) I’d stay here again for sure!”

“Started a little rough with check in, but John handled quickly and professionally!! Stay was great!!! Quiet inside, but a little noisy outside due to downtown night life!!!! Overall, will definitely stay again if in the downtown Indy area!!!!”

“There was no spare toilet paper and no dish soap or dishwasher tabs to do dishes while we were there. There was a bunch of black hair in the shower, and none of us have black hair. The no toilet paper thing was really a problem. ”

“Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...
