“The staff is not to blame. They were genuinely helpful and kind. The hotel is clearly under funded. The latch lock on the door was broken. The walls are paper thin. You will hear people being intimate. (Like four rooms down.) The bathroom had body hair everywhere. Paint looks like it’s being patched with liquid paper. The carpets were sticky. The tv works half the time. They clean rooms weekly but you don’t find that out unless you ask. Their dryer is broken so it took the staff three days to...

I really appreciated the clean & convenient laundry room, where I could wash my clothes for no added cost. The location is great, and it puts in walking distance of many food & shopping options. “We will never stay at a Sure Stay, This room was bare, no coffee or end table to rest your drinks. No coffee machine in the room. NO Pictures on the wall. It looked like an empty college dorm . The breakfast was cheap. powder creamer for coffee and only sweet-n-low? That is rat poison! I asked the attendant for spenda or Tuvia ..of course said no!! ”
