“From checkin to checkout, our stay at QT Newcastle was excellent. Staff were helpful and communicative, the room was perfect for us, location amazing (close to shops, cafes, harbour etc.). We had drinks at the rooftop bar and watched the sunset over the city. Will definitely be back.”

“Very disappointed with this hotel. TV did not work. Tablet rebooted every time placed in docking station despite being powered down. Light & fan in bathroom on auto for 5 minutes even if just walking past & not entering. Very frustrating in middle of night. Needs soundproofing. Despite being on 6th floor we could hear lots of street noise. Very disturbed night. Bar closed at 9pm just as theatre finished. Would not stay again.”

“Very clean room, with all we required. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had Happy Hour drinks and a nice meal. The outside dining/drinks area is lovely with heaters and water views. Would have loved a swim in the pool if it hadn’t been winter!”

“Great location and easy check in and check out done virtually. It is keyless entry so a code is sent to you to use throughout your stay to access your room and other amenities. If you book parking, they send you a separate code, so it can be tricky trying to remember which of the two six digit codes to use. The lounge room area was spacious with a huge TV. The kitchen was well-equipped to do basic cooking. I found my unit to be comfortable and private. A nice balcony provides extra space to get...

“This Ibis hotel is alot more old / worn out compared to the other Ibis hotels I have stayed at. The hallways and room Carpets and walls has been better day. The room is clean. Has everything you need. For 1 night stay it is ok. Main Street is not a nice but surrounding areas is ok and easy to get around.”
