“Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is...
The breakfast was good,...

“There is no clock in the room. There is no microwave in the room. No breakfast buffet. My room had a coffeemaker, but others in my group did not., and hot drinks are not available in the lobby. The TV remote was difficult to use. However, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that had not been cleaned, but was quickly given a different room.”

“Nice property. Friendly staff. Our room was by the elevators and we asked to be moved to a quieter location. Though they tried, we were unable to be moved. It was inconvenient being woken up multiple times at night due to the elevator noise and loud guests. The Residence Inn in the same neighborhood offers free breakfast and parking.”
