Case in affitto a Kingsland

“We rented for my son’s 18th birthday to spend a few days on the water with him and his closest friends. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed (I still need to find out what shampoo was in the primary bathroom!) The ONLY issue we had was with the boat lift that seemed to have a hydraulic leak. We could not get our boat out of the water out on the main lake. Fortunately, there was the second lift in the channel that we were able to use; it did the job. I would definitely...

“We had the best time. Everything was absolutely perfect. The lake access and boat slip were very close. The home was very clean and spacious. The amenities were easily accessible. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts. The house was very comfortable for our group of small kids and teenagers as well.”

“Four adults stayed for four nights at this beautiful property. We are in our 70’s so the elevator was a life saver. It is a great place to unwind and take in the beautiful sunsets on the lake. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.”

“Great home! Had everything we needed for a family gathering with our adult children. Very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated, nice to have a pool.”

“We enjoyed the house and the amenities! Lots of fun activities. Even games on the walls! The water floating “trampoline” was a hit.The kitchen had all things we needed for real cooking. Everything was very comfortable. We will come back.”

“This property was great and communication with host was excellent.”

“Difficulties with faulty control panel for water. Water Shut down shortly after check-in. It wasn't til noon next day that it was restored. We survived with ample bottled water we brought. The outside lights outside were fixed the next day by Leland. The trash bin was full before we placed our trash bags in it and had to put some in the back of the truck when departing. It was nice and cool inside.”

“Just got back from a family vacation with 13 people; 8 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room and loved being able to enjoy the lake from the pool when we weren't out on the boat/lake. The grill is tied into a gas line so there's no need to bring propane. My family stayed in the Casita and it was perfect for us. There were a few small inconveniences like no outlets in the Casita bathroom area but I made do. The couches also sit very low in both the house and Casita, so it was harder for...

“This is a very nice property, able to accommodate a lot of folks if necessary. The kitchen was the highlight as it had exceptional space, and the interior was clean and comfortable for our stay. The lake access was fun, but unfortunately you can't see the lake, The "pool" is the unheated hot tub, but works for cooling down. The house could use blinds in the back as there is no privacy in the main room, as each house can look right into each other's space. The host was very responsive...
