"Unwind" è il tema di questa splendida casa sul lungomare sulle rive del braccio Colorado del lago LBJ. Dotato di 21 miglia di litorale, livello di lago costante e vista sul Texas Hill Country, la posizione è perfetta per la pesca, sport acquatici, attività all'aperto, o semplicemente rilassarsi.

I servizi includono un accogliente e invitante soggiorno principale che si affaccia sull'acqua con una cucina gourmet, bar per la colazione, soffitti a volta con travi di legno, smart TV HD, camera da letto matrimoniale con veranda privata e grande sala a castello per i bambini. Questa spaziosa e ristrutturata casa per 22 offre la vacanza ideale per la tua famiglia, i tuoi amici e persino il tuo cane.

Il pecan-treed lotto pende dolcemente all'acqua e tutto il necessario per il divertimento acquatico: cortili, boathouse, jet-ski lift, tre ponti e un'area generosa yard. Rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio, noleggia moto d'acqua, pescato dal molo, o semplicemente rilassati e guarda il tramonto.

Il piano principale ha una grande cucina / pranzo e due spazi aperti (con un LED TV ad alta definizione da 52 "con TV diretta e Apple TV) e una lavanderia, tre camere da letto e due bagni. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici, elettrodomestici e piatti. La camera da letto 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto 2 e 3 hanno entrambi letti king size. Camera da letto 1 e 2 condividono una zona comune con wc e vasca e doccia e camera da letto 3 è più di una camera da letto "Master" con TV e bagno privato w / doccia.

Il piano inferiore è stato recentemente ristrutturato! Nuova sala giochi con TV LED ad alta definizione da 52 "con Direct TV e Apple TV, sala multimediale adiacente, lavanderia (con lavatrice / asciugatrice), quattro camere da letto e due bagni. La camera da letto 1 ha due letti singoli. Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale. La camera da letto 3 è una "zona notte con 2 letti queen-size a castello. Camera 1, 2 e 3 condividono un bagno in comune con doccia. La camera da letto 4 ha 2 letti queen size su letti a castello, una TV e un sistema di gioco, un bagno privato con doccia.

Great spot on the lake!
We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3. We were enjoying our stay and asked to stay another night and asked how much would that cost. They said yes and gave us a price we agreed, they charged me and then on our last day they said “oh we forgot to charge you an extra $50 for your dog for the 1 extra day, we’ll just use the card on file” to me if you quoted me a price we agreed and I paid, to come back for $50 wouldn’t be worth it. I would take the loss since it wasn’t the renters fault. Again, not a huge issue just something to consider. 4. They forgot to tell the handyman we were staying an extra day and he showed up. When he saw me through the window he came on in. I explained we had another day and he introduced himself and left. Nice guy!! Just an awkward encounter with him inside the house. This house would be great for a large casual group!

Holiday Getaway
We enjoyed this house immensely! It was very comfortable and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our group of 12 to spread out a bit. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. You can tell that the owners enjoy cooking and entertaining because there were lots of kitchen conveniences and plenty of dish and glass ware. We enjoyed all the entertainments provided. We were slightly apprehensive when we learned, after booking, that the only access between the levels is an exterior staircase, but that did not prove to be an inconvenience at all. We were there in December, so we did not use the boat lift, but the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and jumping in the lake and then warming up in the hot tub. We all enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. It was also nice to be close enough to the store and other conveniences to run quickly when we realized we’d forgotten something. Thanks for having such a nice property!

Gorgeous view, space for everyone
Our extended of family of 17 had a blast here! The cousins loved having the downstairs movie room and pool table “to themselves” and the grownups each had their own bedroom. There is a wonderful cabinet in the laundry room with more towels that you can possibly use. The kitchen / dining area had plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. The hot tub was a hit. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful home, wonderful memories created.
From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the peacefulness of this beautiful home on LBJ. We brought our boat and used the boat slip, it was really nice that a gentleman showed up explained the boat slip and different operating tips upon arriving. The host Roxana was extremely communicative and we felt that we could reach out to her through a simple text, she was always available. The home was specials and fit my family, parents, and my sisters and her family. It was a beautiful spot to visit with shopping near by. Thank you for opening your home to us and we through lot loved the memories we created as a family.

Overall great but, water bugs…
Overall the property was great to stay at & fit our large group perfectly. The water bugs were an issue & definitely something to look out for. We did have to sort out towels for everyone from the up stairs laundry room which was a surprise since there’s such specific instructions for them upon checkout. The kitchen was great though, as was the back yard & boat dock. We hadn’t been to LBJ before & didn’t realize how narrow it is. So, if you go on a holiday weekend, know that if you’re floating in the lake, it will be more like a wave pool - ha! We still all had fun & ultimately enjoyed our long awaited family reunion.

Family Reunion
We rented this place for our annual Family Reunion. We had enough beds for every one, the layout is perfect The large kitchen was great for cooking for our crew of 19. There are two decks, small and large and gave us lots of room for visiting and watching the yard games and the time in the lake. We also rented a boat for leisure and pulling the tube. So much fun and lots of memories made. Great place!
