The luxurious master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is spacious with two queen-sized beds, ideal for families or groups. The sunroom offers additional sleeping arrangements with a twin bed and trundle, plus a full futon couch. With the two futons in the living room, there is plenty of room for parties up to 10 guests.

Feel free to bring your own boat and launch at the Kingsland Community Park, 155 Lions Park Rd. There is plenty of space for most boats to tie to the Lazy Cove dock. Or you can rent boats or other water sport equipment from one of the nearby companies in Kingsland.
