Incredibile casa sull'acqua aperta del braccio del Colorado del lago LBJ. Con 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni, c'è spazio in abbondanza per tutti! Goditi l'incredibile vista a 180 gradi dalla casa e dal patio coperto. Porta la tua moto d'acqua o noleggia un po 'e usa i due ascensori per barche (fino a 2800 libbre ciascuno) o la doppia rampa per moto d'acqua fornita. Un sacco di spazio per nuotare o pescare dal molo o godersi l'enorme cortile! Kayak e Lily Pad gratuiti anche disponibili.

The house has a nice dock and a boat lift if needed. The house was clean had plenty of room for the eight of us. It needs handles or knobs on the kitchen drawers and doors so ladies aren’t breaking nails trying to get them open. My overall complaint is the cat colony next door. The cushions on the outdoor furniture are covered in cat hair and worst of all, cat urine. The stench is unbearable and makes the outdoor furniture unusable.

Excellent hike to stay. We often rent places on the lake and this is one of our favorites. It is a great location with all the amenities. Staff made the entire process as easy as possible.

The found the property as described. It was well-equipped, clean and very homely.We especially enjoyed the sunrise-views from the master bedroom and the spacious dinning area that allowed for some lovely family dinners and breakfasts (8 people).We also made good use of the dock for kayak trips and fishing.The local HEB is only a few minutes away which made it convenient getting supplies from a well-equipped store with quality produce.

House was great and our family enjoyed the property. For awareness, if you have a boat then parking on the property can be a challenge due to neighboring cars and tight turns. I made it work, but asked the neighbor to move a car. The house was very clean and updated well. The boat dock was fun to hang out on and swim in the river.

Fit our needs well. Fantastic view of the water from the whole backside of the house. Great afternoon and evening shade from the large trees. Access road is a little ify (one lane) and we could have used a pantry to store supplies but overall, everyone was pleased with the accommodations.

Family get away

This home was absolutely beautiful with stunning lake views. The private dock and boat slip were perfect for fishing and made storing our boat super convenient. There’s a picnic table on the dock, but if you need extra seating, it’s a good idea to bring your own chairs.The roads leading to the property are narrow, so if you're bringing a boat or trailer, drive carefully—turnaround spots are limited to private driveways.The outdoor patio area was a great place to relax. Just keep in mind that the seating is outdoors, so a quick wipe-down for dust or spiders might be needed. The BBQ grill worked well, though the bottom is rusted out, so grease can drip through.Inside, the home stayed cool and comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Stellar Lake front spot!

Our group of 8 had a fabulous time at thia property. Well decorated, maintained and supplied! We had eveything we needed to relax or have fun. Cooking meals alwas easy to do with the well appointed kitchen. Loved reading through the guest book and seeing that everyone agreed with us--this spot is special!

Just Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The home was clean, well-organized, and spacious perfect for our group of 10. The views from the kitchen and dining area were stunning, especially during breakfast with the lake as a peaceful backdrop.We spent hours kayaking and swimming off the dock, which was a highlight of the trip. The backyard, surrounded by tall pine trees, offered plenty of shade throughout the day and created a serene, natural setting. This house truly felt like a peaceful retreat, and we would absolutely love to return to this same spot in the future.

Family Fun and Special Memories

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and inviting. They had everything we needed to prepare our Easter dinner, and meals for a couple of days. The grandsons and Pop Pop enjoyed fishing and the rest of us enjoyed watching or just relaxing. I love when a property on the water goes the extra mile to provide kayaks! It is one of the deciding factors when I rent. The beds/pillows were comfortable and each bedroom had a TV meeting my husband's criteria. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us, yet it didn't feel too big either. Everything was well taken care of and I'll be making plans to return soon!

Beautiful home with a beautiful lake view!

The house is immaculate, and incredibly clean. Gorgeous interior and design makes the most out of the lake views. We loved the peaceful view of the lake, use of the kayaks and lily pad, and firepit. We rented a pontoon boat nearby, to enjoy the lake. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future.

Family Vacation

We had a great family weekend. The weather was wonderful. I enjoyed the patio seating and the kids enjoyed swimming off the dock on the floating pad. My grandchildren each caught their first fish off the dock. It was lovely to all sit at one table for family meals. Be sure to double check listing details. It lists as a 5 bedroom but the room break down shows 6 bedrooms. My only complaints would be the pet hair on the sofa cushions and lots of decor that we had to move to fit our things for a 4 day stay Otherwise it’s a good place to relax and enjoy time together. .

Family Time

Brought my family to this property Fourth of July week. The property is excellent. It’s well appointed and perfectly positioned on the banks of Lake LBJ. Excellent place to bring your family and friends. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, great location and well appointed. If you are looking in this area for a place to stay I highly recommend this house. We rented it for a family trip with adults and teens all have a wonderful time

Exceptional place

This place was perfect for our 2 families. Very convenient location and great part of the lake. Amenities were just as described and it had everything we needed and more. The porch was perfect to spend nights outside. Even though days were hot out on the lake, there was an amazing breeze on the patio. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay…

The girls had a blast fishing and playing on the Lilly Pad. The house was in great shape… the listing mentions construction so there have been some updates. There is a dishwasher, and the screened in porch is now an enclosed dining room, which was great with views of the lake. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would recommend.

Awesome Views

Gorgeous location with perfect access to the water. We brought the boat and the lift worked perfect with access straight to the lake. Next time we will also bring the skis for the lift next to it.
